There is a lot of sand in the Jacuzzi.

This hotel is outside of center. Easy to walk or take bus to the center. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby . I stayed in the 4th floor, just about to see the sea.

The receptionist welcomed us with a glass of Madeira wine after that he said if we would like we can have in one morning a free breakfast because we’ll stay in the hotel more than one night ( our booking it was only for room, not meal ). The hotel is clean and is close to lots of restaurants, the staff were very nice.

Scrambled eggs- tasted a bit like mixed with milk or something of that kind, the flavour of eggs was weak.

It was a great place to stay for few days. Location is fantastic, breakfast was very tasty, staff is very friendly. An ad on is a swimming pool on the roof top tarrace, however the bar there is rather poor with products.

How can I describe my mood? This is the happiest and most touching hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel has a great view and there is a place in roomto make simple snacks. But what I must talk is Eduardo’s enthusiasm and kindness. We talked a lot！He not only helped me with hiking information, but also gave me a lot of inspiration about life and the future. I really appreciate his enthusiasm for his work to each guest. By the way, thanks for the birthday gift. I will always remember my trip to Madeira. Thank you for the warmth and love given to me here.

The hotel could be brought a few small improvements that would definitely change customer ratings: plastic chairs that make a terrible noise, the ugly striped wallpaper (maybe it's just a matter of taste, the sandstone at the entrance to the reception. Too bad, it's a great place.

You can always find some shortcomings. The bathroom, though very spacious, has some little design flaws. The toilete paper is always jumping to the floor, and when you pick it up, watch out the metal pipes, if you are higher than 175 cm. The breakfast buffet is good, but a sort of monotonous, if you stay for a long period. We didn't like the air conditioner, it worked in a bit weird manner. But these shortcomings do not offset the positive features of this hotel.

Well located in Sao Martinho within 20 minutes walk to the center, a lot of good restaurants in the vicinity. Clean, spacious rooms. A good choice of fruits for breakfast (paradoxically, absent in many other Madeira hotels). Comfortable beds and pillows. In all, an excellent value for money.

From start to end just amazing. Hot tub, and pool heated well. Terrace on roof beautiful. Room and all facilities luxury. Reception staff just so sweet. They let us stay in room after check out time, with manager's approval, for no charge and use the pool, as our flight was late evening. Everyone is just absolutely fantastic in here. Special thanks to our receptionist for kindness.

The only negative was the toaster in the restaurant which took an awfully long time and resulted in very hard and dried out toast. Would love to see a more efficient one on our next visit.

Loved the location, the spcious and comfortable rooms and the rooftop pool and facilities. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning service very good. The excellent choice and quality of breakfast. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful but must make special mention of Noemie , on reception who always had a big smile and was ready to help with our many queries. Also Fatima in the resstaurant who providded a great breakfast service and was a pleasure to see every morning. Hard to find anything neggative to ssy about tthis lovely small and friendly hotel. Will definitely book again.

The shower head was leaking. As well as head of hygienic shower. There was some mold in the shower.

Good place for money. The room has everything you need including kitchen utensils and pool towels. The rooftop pool is not big but clean and nice, the water temperature was very good for November. Hot tub is a great place to soak after a long day. Nice breakfast: very good selection of fruits and you can order different egg dishes to the table. And I especially love that they serve spakling wine for breakfast :)

Maybe parrots in restaurant downstairs was too loud, hahah. Everything was perfect!

We really enjoy our stay! Our room was upgraded to really nice apartment, the location is perfect - the city center is reachable by foot. It' also very nice path to Camara de Lobos from the hotel! What's more, we enjoyed so much pool and jaccuzi - it's great that despite of "winter" season, the water heating works there. Breakfast had everything what we needed. It was nice surprise that we could try local fruits and even Prosecco with strawberries in the morning! :) The staff is smiled and helpful. Thank you for welcome glass of Madeira wine! :)
