Very good price for a hotel few steps away from Lido, and close to Funchal city center (20 mins walk). Clean and comfortable room, wifi was good so I could work some hrs a day with no problem. Was good to have kitchen and fridge. Friendly personell.

You can hear all noise from corridor: a separate extra door between room and hallway would help.

All members of staff that we came across from reception, cleaning and lovely Miss Maria at breakfast are amazingly friendly, welcoming and professional, including both taxi drivers and tour guide that we used via the hotel. Difficult to enter the parking and difficult to exit, space is scarce and the car park itself is paid for.

Very friendly staff at check in we were given a glass of local Madeira wine to try. Rooms clean and very well cleaned, bathrobes provided in the room which are useful when going to the roof where there is a heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna. There is air conditioning in the room and a free safe to store valuables.

Great helpful staff: always ready to help and give advice on where to go, weather and so on. Location is not in the city center but easily accessible.

Lovely hotel, we were made feel at home from the moment we arrived in reception and this continued in all our interactions with the wonderful staff in the hotel. We had a lovely room on the top floor with views over the ocean. The room was well equipped with a small kitchenette, sitting room and separate bedroom. The room comes with outdoor table and chairs, sun loungers and parasol. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked a return visit for later this year.

Great location and great facilities. We really liked the room: spacious and practical with a small kitchen. The breakfast was amazing: lots of choice and fresh fruit. The staff was very helpful. We especially liked the fact that the hotel is located in a quiet street (so no noise at night) but was still very close (20 min walking) to the city center.

Staff - wonderful Apartment - great big size, 2 air conditionings, clean, modern Facilities - amazing rooftop with llounging area, pool, jacuzzi and sauna. We spent almost all our evenings there after a long day out and about. Beds - comfy Breakfast - very good.

Excellent location, near shops, bars and restaurants Lovely rooftop pool with sauna and whirlpool. Rooms are a good size with lovely furnishings throughout. Kitchenette is well stocked with a fridge and mini freezer, microwave, 2 burner hob, kettle and plenty of utensils.
