Lovely friendly welcome from the volunteers.They made us feel right at home . Queen size bed with ensuite . Clean and tidy ,kitchen well equiped and space to eat breakfast in the dining room .Good private parking in front .

Great location, near to Coxos beach. If the waves are not coming, it is a great place for walks along the cliff or in rural areas. If you want to do to the dowtown by walking, you ´ll have a 50 minutos trip. The place is ideal for the once who loves surf lifestyle.

check in was a bit messy, we got another room than we initially booked but the price was compensated. Also communication before arriving could be better, no one replied to my messages

Decent room, a bit plain but spacious and enough room for luggage. Location was ok, we did rent a scooter to make it easier to get around - i would highly recommend this as the house is a bit far from ericeira. At 70 EUR per night i did think it was a tad expensive for the location, but the vibes were definitely good. you can easily organize surf lessons from here at 40 EUR per lesson, closest beach is beautiful and about 15-20 minutes by foot.

We had a room with a private bathroom. The beds were very comfy, all was clean and the bathroom had lovely hot water. The shutters were great to sleep with too. The shared kitchen facilities were great. And the hosts and staff were very helpful, and good with English too. We had a short stay, but will return

Poor checking in and out system, no consideration with noise. Staff sleeping in bungalow outside with beer bottles scattered everywhere around their beds. Would definitely not recommend , and I've been to many hostels so I know what to expect , and this is not it. Way overpriced for what it is as well

This is a fun, party surf house, and everyone was so nice. However, the kitchen is quite small for the amount of people staying. Most of the time time the kitchen was so dirty and overflowing with dirty dishes we didn’t feel comfortable preparing food there. Overall a great place to stay if you don’t cook, or don’t mind cooking in a dirty kitchen. The parking lot is also shared with the restaurant next door and some nights we had a hard time finding parking.

The location is excellent and the garden is beautiful.

The bathrooms were not clean - especially not the showers. The lack of staff - it seemed very unorganized. The kitchen was very small and no one cleaned up after themselves - again the lack of staff to help making it a nice place to be.

The backyards was very nice, very comfortable beds and rooms. It was pretty cheap. The cozy little village of Ribamar.

Asked the staff for surf lesson and to clean the floor of our room. No help at all.. Staff goes surf, while you dont. The brazilian guy from staff was cool tho.

The location is not that good, far away from the city. There's a road right in front of the dormroom, a lot of noise at night. The bathrooms were not cleaned once while I was there. I would not recommend this hostel.

A few things can be improved such as the extension of the wifi signal on all the property, unfortunately in the backyard I wasn't able to catch the wifi signal.

,Everything about the hostel was amazing, Awesome staff very helpful, kind, nice and friendly, facilities, accessibilitys to the beaches and to Ericeira. The backyard is amazing to chill out during evenings.

Honestly, surprised how this place got so many great reviews. Everything was super basic, very noisy at night, overall overpriced for what is had to offer.
