There was loud air conditioning starting regularly in the rooms, even during the night. The bed in the living room was a bit thin.

The room was spacious, comfortable and with a nice view. There was everything necessary in the utilities. The hotel is well situated next to the harbour and close to the beach. Breakfast and restaurant are very nice.

There was terrible smell outside the hotel for the first day, it was impossible to open windows. Luckily it changed the next day. Coffee in breakfast was terrible, it can’t be that way in 5 star hotel. Poor offer for dinner, overpriced. Only 2 elevators - we came to the hotel after walk and lobby was full of new people, so we had to stay in line to get to our room what was on 13th floor

What I really didn’t like about the property is that the bathroom doors and bedroom doors do not have a lock on them. I rented an apartment and stayed there with my parents. It was a two bedroom apartment. It is awkward not being able to lock the bedroom or bathroom doors. The shower leaked water and needed fixing. Also one of the kitchen drawers was broken and I had to fix it myself. The supermarket across the road is a rip off. The only one for miles. Even buying a pack of crisps or water is sooo expensive. I also found the ferry to the mainland to be quite expensive compared to similar services I have used in other countries. The hotel is quite secluded so it does use this to its advantage. Certain things around the area are a bit expensive when they don’t need to be.

The property is located in a quiet location which is good in winter if you want some peace. The breakfasts are very nice and satisfying. The staff are very friendly.

The air conditioning was not working well. At the restaurant it was always freezing. At the room it was either freezing or too hot. The water at the pool was cold.

The restaurant was really bad. The swimming pools need some repairs (loose tiles) but it is not a huge work.

Late check-in time, it was 4pm which is quite late to start enjoying the facilities - I wouldn't mind if this was compensated with later check out time instead of 11am which is quite early. Breakfast was poor, the quality of food was below average...coffee taste like medicine.

Spacious room with adequate amenities, swimming pool and Netflix Good value for money overall, I'd consider to stay again.

Gym needs a water station and some ventilation as its very stuffy in their. Also gym needs spray to wipe the machines down after.

Hotel is very clean and modern and rooms were very large and cleaned very good each day. Food at breakfast is cooked well and a lot of choices as well as restaurant to use at night. The staff are very helpful and polite and always available at the front desk.

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking a total of 49 euros for 2 nights. A bit of a rip-off with no other available options.

There is only 2 elevators for 16 floors what makes it very crowded We had an issue with the windows this did not close well

The pool area is quite small. The breakfast was a huge disappointment in an otherwise very nice stay. The food was definitely not the standard for a 4 star hotel and (eggs from a package, watery orange juice, no dark bread etc...).

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large flat that easily accommodated a family of 5. Beautiful view from the 16th floor. Easy access from hotel to the restaurants and shops in Troia and my son loved the football field close by. The gym was also appreciated.

It didn’t feel like a 5-star hotel. Outside pool was dated and needed some work done. There were missing tiles that made it uncomfortable and not safe especially in the kids pool. AC was really noisy and very dated. The balcony door didn’t lock which is very dangerous since we had a 4 year old with us and we were on the 7th floor.

We had a two bedroom two bathroom apartment and it was fantastic for a family of four. Really spacious. We were staying in the hotel to be close to Comporta and would happily stay here again is trying to visit the area.

The fact that there are only a dozen parking lots which are free, if you're not lucky to get one, you'll have to pay a daily fee to park the car in the garage.

The gym was dirty and 1 of the 2 weight machines was broken, bench was broken too, along with some unfixed holes on the wood (for a gym, really?) floor, that was just taped over with duck tape.
