Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location, next to Mercado dos Lavradores and old town where you will find lots of restaurants and bars, continental breakfast. Lots of supermarkets in the area, which is good because you have a fully equipped kitchen at the apartment.

The walls are quite thin we heard our neighbours talking everyday at 4am. There is NO parking. Not provided by the property nor on the streets nearby. You have to pay 10eur/day to park it in nearby parking lot. If you are planning to rent a car this might be a pain. Rooms were a bit dark in part it was due to faulty shutters closing when wind blows. Property does not provide shampoo, shower gel.

Wifi was really good (100mbps), very clean and cleaning in general was exceptional. Breakfast was left by the door every morning, we usually made a picnic out of it and made breakfast ourselves or at least part of it. Central location in the middle of a busy pedestrian street which is near bars, restaurants and main street by the ocean. The rooms were quite spacy compared to hotel standards and to be fair it feels more like an apartment rather than a hotel. Big supermarket is just across the street.

everything was fab!! so central , and clean and light, and lots of space! cleaning was done everyday! everything feels new. and there were live musicians on the streets so we were enjoying show from the balcony xx beautiful view as well! the happiest with everything ❤️❤️

Everything was perfect. Modern, light Apartment. Very convenient self checkin. Cleaning was done every day with good quality. Good furnished apartment. Bed was very comfortable. Balcony was a very pleasant bonus. Breakfast continental, so not very tasteful, but this is not an issue as apartment has a kitchen and supermarket is 100 meters away. Best location in Funchal, close to the ocean, beach and all bus stops over the island. In Funchal will stay only here in the future!

Unfortunately the sound isolation is not very good - we could hear our neighbors talking pretty late. Also early street noise could be disturbing.

Central location, supermarket and farmer's market were across the street, walking along the seafront, restaurants were very close. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We could cook our own food if we wanted to.

Super easy to do the self check in. The apartment is well decorated and very clean. It is centrally located. Nice to have the breakfast delivered in front of the room.

Nothing apart from bedrooms would benefit from some ventilation as we're very warm.

Place was kep clean daily by the housekeeping, which we didn't even expect.The location is 10/10, Market really is across the road. Parking is available underground in the shopping centre across the street.

we were leaving in the early morning and won't be possible to enjoy their breakfast, but surprisingly we found the breakfast already at the door when we are leaving at 6:20 am, and the breakfast is well prepared. the facility in the hotel is brand new and well managed, and it is in very good location.

We honestly had an incredible stay and it’s very hard to find something but the only minor let down was a little light coming through the main room (very minor!!). I recommend an eye mask.

Brilliant location. Felt safe. Prompt replies when communicating with the property. Spotless clean.
