The real drawback to our room was the lack of hanging closets for jackets, coats etc. The only available closet as such was in a cupboard where the coffee maker was situated, long garments hung down into the kettles etc

Hotel was lovely, 2 pools plus spa facilities Rooms not large but spotlessly clean. Bathroom with bath and wet room shower. Staff friendly and efficient. We didn’t dine in the hotel as it is very close to restaurants and bars, however we did have breakfast and at €29 thought it was a little expensive. Plenty of places nearby to have breakfast, or book it included in the price

I appreciated that I had a room with the rooftop balcony outside my door. Enjoyed the spacious rooms and amenities. include a large bathroom. I enjoyed that the rooms had good air conditioning. The staff was wonderful and polite

Location of room took awhile( 2 elevators) but worth it!

The slowest service ever and the full breakfast was pathetic There seemed to be a disconnect between the order and delivery. Price of breakfast was waived and we had breakfast outwith the hotel thereafter

The sound insulation at the door could have been done better. The room was very quiet but when people talked in front of the door it was a little bit noisier than expected.

The One is centrally located, but in a quiet street. The building is breathtaking – a glamorous old palace restored beautifully. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The amenities were great, the bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was absolutely superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

Very clean and comfortable, with the most helpful staff! They were very accommodating especially given our travel with a baby. The price was good given the quality - paid four star price for a five star hotel. Very much enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend.

I asked the hotel to arrange a taxi to pick us up from the airport and they charged 60 euros when the usual taxi price would have been 15 euros, a bit too much of a mark up for me. I did request a quiet room as I am a light sleeper but they put me in a room opposite building works which did unfortunately wake me up each morning, although the window did block out quite a lot of the noise.

that I had to leave!!! and it was in December so I could not make use of the pool and it was too cold to sit outside. such a shame but we will be back in June!!!

A huge castle in the middle of Lisbon, it really is a marvellous place. Check in went smoothly, we came by car and the bellboy kindly parked it for us, the environment was amazing and the people very good and friendly and explaining everything about the hotel. Marvelous inner terrace, great pool, wonderful amenities. We definitely will come back !!! thanks for an excellent stay. Breakfast better than a buffet I have ever seen. So make sure you include breakfast and endless choice of a la carte goodies!!!
