The bathroom was good but the toilet was awkwardly under the countertop basin, which required careful aligning prior to sitting on the toilet. A tower hanger for the hand towel would have been great.

Incredibly clean rooms, light and spacious. The staff were exceptional and they made us feel really at home. We had a small. Issue with our bathroom and they addressed it right away. Plus the shower was so lovely. Fantastic to live in an authentic Portuguese place. We absolutely absolutely would come back when in Lisbon

There wasn't really anything I didn't like.Through my fault I lost the connection to Marcia so had to wait till she came but it was my fault not hers.My relatively late arrival meant I had to be met at the door.

The breakfast was great.There was a very wide choice of a continental breakfast which changed every day.Everything was fresh and the bread was warm.There was a good selection of fresh fruit.Tea and coffee,cake asnd fruit available throughout the day.

I liked everything

Very friendly staff, lovely rooms and wonderful that you can take coffee, tea and cake whenever you like. We booked and extra room upon arrival as we were both ill and did not want to disturb each other during the night. Conveniently close to the Rato metro station so within half an hour you are at the airport. Will definitely go again when in Lisbon!

The bed could have done with an extra sheet, having just duvet didn’t feel as clean. Extra mirror wouldn’t go a miss.

The location is under the flight path from the airport, so from early in the morning there was the drone from aircraft taking off. Breakfast had a limited selection, but what was available was good.

The location is excellent, literally around the corner from Rato Metro station and the E24 tram route. A short stroll down through some of the more interesting streets to the old centre. Room was clean, tidy and met our needs. Great communication from the owner regarding arrival, door lock codes and so forth. She met us personally upon arrival and explained everything perfectly.

the room doors are not soundproof so as soon as someone passes in for breakfast, you can hear everything. in the room (we had room 6) I would add some sheer curtains so you can have privacy without being in the dark and some hangers for wet towels. the hair drier in our case should be updated.

the location is excellent and also close to paid parking if need it, public transport and metro. Our room was small, but clean

the pillows are very bad. the bath floor was dirty and the drain was a bit blocked, so if you open too much the water, probably you will have a flooding

There was a coffee machine but the tea options were pretty poor. I suppose this can’t be avoided in Lisbon but it was more humid than I was used to so I woke up a few times through the night.

Breakfast was provided and good. Staff was very nice. I had a really nice refreshing shower with the provided shampoo and body wash.

Night time Noise from the street was more than expected. Traffic on nearby main thoroughfares and pedestrians meant window had to remain closed. Also on flight path from airport meant hearing jets often during the night if window open. Otherwise, no issues.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Pick up at airport was seamless and friendly. Within reasonable walking distance of 20 minutes from main historic centre. Rato metro stop a one minute walk.

Property is a little too far from centre added cost to buy metro. A bit more info on sights and directions needed. Property was quite pricey for what you get. Would have been good to have a sheet rather than doona and doona cover. Also need bath soap in shower as shower in different room to basin.

A kettle to make tea would.be good. A problem with hairdryer was.immediately sorted by friendly staff. We needed to print train tickets and we could not find a facility until we got to the train station.

Air con and lovely welcome. And good breakfast - fruit and cake available 24 hours. A very pleasant and friendly environment where we slept reasonably well. Air conditioning worked well. First rate shower

For a hotel, I could not find any public space other than the breakfast room. Like many hotels outside Scandinavia and Germany, the coffee machine uses powder milk - white coffee does not taste good at all.

Location is superb. Room was excellent. Breakfast had fairly good choice, including fruit. And there was free fruit and cake available throughout the day, this is generous and quite unusual.

Very thin wall, you could hear everything. The breakfast could be better. I think that coffee/tea automat that serves you hot water in plastic cups simply does not belong to modern and sustainable b&b.
