Spa inside pool closed for repair when I was staying there

Rooftop pool and spa. My wife had spa package for birthday and loved it. Hotel delivered champagne and cake for her 60th. Really special.

The Spa is as the pictures. Very few people, so we could enjoy in a nice atmosphere. Sauna is great.

Stayed for 5 nights, lovely staff, lovely room, very clean. We got to use the roof sun deck & pool. Only 5min walk to the beautiful beach of Monte Gordo. Highly recommend this hotel.

We would have loved for the bar on the roof to be open during our stay, we missed it by a day. However the lovely staff at the bar downstairs allowed us to get drinks there and take them up.

Beautiful hotel and very peaceful. Just a few minutes from the beach. I don’t think it’s very clear from the description online just how close to the beach it is, we were very pleasantly surprised! Our room was a very good size, huge and comfortable bed. And the rooftop was great, lovely view over the sea. We were very happy with our stay.

They should not charge 2 euros for each proper expresso at breakfast! This is not acceptable in a 4 starts hotel. They had a basic coffee machine, but should offer expresso to guests wanting one at breakfast. This is quite standard in Portuguese hotels of this level and price.

The suite was perfect for us 4. Comfortable and big sofa bed for the kids. Breakfast was good. Reception staff was really nice.

Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is the best - selection of food is excellent and the best thing is fresh orange juice. Rooms are large and clean.

The isolation in the rooms is not that good and you hear the traffic and dogs barking, ear plugs recommended.

Excellent location near running trails and beach. Friendly and helpful staff, sizable rooms, the restaurant was ok as well and I particularly liked the breakfast.

Bed was very hard and no wall art We asked if we could have dinner one evening and it seemed a big deal to provide us with the al a carte menu instead of the buffet as we needed to eat for all of our stay each evening to qualify for the buffet. We didn’t mind choosing from the more expensive menu but it was almost taken that we wouldn’t want to do that. Bed was extremely hard. Housekeeping did put a mattress topper on the bed which did help a little.

I wish they had king size beds instead of just 2 single beds. Decor was ok, could be furnished with more to cosy up the room. But just nit-picking - the hotel was good.

Good breakfast, room was big and they were great to leave me cake and champagne for my birthday. We were only passing through so did not get a chance to use their spa facilities. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful - gave us good recommendations for dinner.

The water in the jacuzzi was not hot enough, and it looked a bit greasy and dirty most of the time. The first night we booked the sauna and when we got there it was already closed.
