We loved this hotel, the view from our room was outstanding. The room was so clean. The complimentary drinks and little plates of surprises were a really lovely touch. The walk along the river into town was beautiful and we enjoyed that process each morning before we explored Porto

1. spa /pool to many rules . It is Portugual - make it less complicated 2. in front of the hotel is the river bank. I know it doesn't belong to the hotel but it looks like the hotel and is full of plastic bottles etc. It wouldn't hurt to go there once a week just to pick up the trash. The street is also the face of the Hotel

Hotel is incredible and super comfortable. The interior decoration project is extraordinary. The restaurant is beautiful. 5 star breakfast Location is not in the city center but very easy to access on foot or by Uber car and it is very quiet - I prefer not to stay in the center as it is very confusing at night. The bed and the room really are maximum comfort - perfect soundproofing. On top of the cake: the staff - they are unbelievably friendly Keep up the good work!

An exceptional hotel, location, decor and facilities. Above all, fantastic staff, extremely professional, friendly and helpful. A top 5 star hotel but nicely relaxed and comfortable. Can't praise the staff enough

The location of the hotel was excellent, our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the city. We would recommend to anyone looking for a special stay in Porto! The map we received prior to our stay from the hotel was also so helpful as we were visiting Porto for the first time, so helpful with the fabulous recommendations.

Beautiful old building stylishly converted. Fantastic view of the bridge & Porto from the bedroom balcony. Very friendly staff who gave us a restaurant recommendation and even walked part of the way there with us. Excellent facilities for our dog travelling with us.

I think there should be some of the rooms/suites without kitchen facilities and replace this with a decent desk/work station. I would have liked to have sat at a desk to do some work..

The breakfasts are amazing in terms of variety,layout,quality and the location is superb.

Walking into the lobby set the perfect tone for the rest of our stay. This place is gorgeous. Our room was beyond perfect and so spacious. The staff was 10/10 and the food was out of this world.

Lovely calm space overlooking the centre of Porto, great welcome and facilities , had dinner in the restaurant one evening food was excellent as were the staff . The young team deserve a huge pat on the back for their fantastic attention to detail

The service was phenomenal. The views and location were unreal. And the food, amenities, all were top notch. It felt like the staff really wanted us to be there. Even parking was super easy!

It would be great to have a kid's club open all days, but we also understand the hotel is new and we were off season. It wasn't a huge problem with so much to do in Porto!

Staff were amazing (all service ladies and gents! So helpful, from reception all the way to the bars and restaurants. Our special requests for food were considered right away, also for breakfast with a small kid that made our lives easier :) Room was overall great. Bed, shower, large balcony, all of it. Very stylish furniture/ design. Spa was super nice, sauna always warm even early in the morning. Rooftop bar was amazing as well.

Only issue was the noisy motorbikes that cruised up and down the road in front of the hotel on Sunday morning. You could keep the sound out by closing the patio doors but the view was so good you wanted to sit out on the balcony.

Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. We had a room at the front with a fantastic view down the river. Room (with kitchen) was big with a large balcony.

The hotel's kids club was not in operation. The scheduling scheme for the pool was not efficient for families with kids.

Breakfast was exceptionel. Staff was super friendly.
