The service was phenomenal. The views and location were unreal. And the food, amenities, all were top notch. It felt like the staff really wanted us to be there. Even parking was super easy!

It would be great to have a kid's club open all days, but we also understand the hotel is new and we were off season. It wasn't a huge problem with so much to do in Porto!

Staff were amazing (all service ladies and gents! So helpful, from reception all the way to the bars and restaurants. Our special requests for food were considered right away, also for breakfast with a small kid that made our lives easier :) Room was overall great. Bed, shower, large balcony, all of it. Very stylish furniture/ design. Spa was super nice, sauna always warm even early in the morning. Rooftop bar was amazing as well.

Only issue was the noisy motorbikes that cruised up and down the road in front of the hotel on Sunday morning. You could keep the sound out by closing the patio doors but the view was so good you wanted to sit out on the balcony.

Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. We had a room at the front with a fantastic view down the river. Room (with kitchen) was big with a large balcony.

The hotel's kids club was not in operation. The scheduling scheme for the pool was not efficient for families with kids.

Modern and urban hotel with beautiful interior design. Our room on the first floor was very spacious with the magical view overlooking Luis Bridge. Food was AMAZING! From the delicious breakfast to lunch and dinner at the roof top restaurant. Great spot when you want to soak up the Porto view. The staff was always at our service, very attentive, checking if we need something. They gave us some great recommendations about places to visit, where to go to beach and which bars has the best view at the Atlantic ocean. Tranquility Water Lounge was so beautiful and relaxing. You can book your time slot. I was in the morning and I had entire pool for myself! They are a small luxury hotel but very friendly and approachable. If you are into books, lots of great books around the hotel. Fashion, art, culture, design, you name it. I will definitely come back!

The directory in the room stated the mini bar items were included and I was charged. I queried this though and the money was reimbursed. So, even though the directory needs updating this was resolved without fuss and efficiently when brought to the attention of reception. Demonstrates excellent service once again.

We loved the atmosphere, the facilities, the food, the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff from reception to breakfast. We ate at the rooftop (wow what a view) and Pot & Pan both were of excellent quality and service was attentive. Just an all round great hotel.

Only a small thing , but lights were purposely left on in our room when cleaning staff visited (at least twice a day)- so not as eco friendly as it could be.

What a gorgeous hotel! The perfect balance of stylish and comfortable while not being formal or overly expensive. The facilities were fabulous especially the pool - which I frequently had to myself and the rooftop bar and restaurant which has possibly the best view in town. A wonderful place to relax and watch the world go by up and down the river. The room was smart and spotless with a giant super king , small kitchen and lovely bathroom.
