Everything! The location right on the river, the thoughtful design and layout, the bedrooms, the spa facilities, the rooftop, and breakfast, and the staff were all so helpful and knowledgeable, they really made the experience!

Hot drinks at breakfast took too long to be served. I quite often had finished before my tea had brewed. The water in the room was not always restocked daily.

Masseur very experienced. TV tech advanced, could chrome cast Netflix from our phones.No bottleneck in Wi-Fi. The breakfast selection is excellent and tasty. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Nothing not to like...the pool was a a plunge pool and you need to watch your step going in and out.

The staff were extremely polite, engaging and friendly. The breakfast was superb. Views were marvellous! The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy. It was in a great location as we walked to the beach and then walked into the city, with a market on our doorstep. I thought it was value for ££ and so did my friends. The icing on the cake was the rooftop terrace where the staff were very accommodating. I have recommended this hotel since returning :)

This was my second stay, and it was great! My daughter and I loved the location-a nice walk to the beach along the river. Breakfast is a treat. Everyone is cheerful and welcoming. Just fantastic!

Because Gaia is a bit "off the beaten path", our tour companies wouldn't pick us up from the property. And because Uber and Bolt aren't considered "public transportation", they had to go the long-way around to cross the river into Porto. Not a major issue, just need to include extra time to get around.

The two bedroom suite was huge, and the room was impeccably clean. It was great to receive a stocked fridge ready to enjoy some cool beverages all included in our rate as well. It kept us from having to immediately run out to the store. Breakfast was excellent, and service throughout the hotel was wonderful. Being in Gaia meant great access to the Port Wine cellars which was very nice, and from the Rebello there are spectacular views of Porto and the bridges.

We had the most amazing stay at The Rebello. This is a lovely hotel, rooms and spaces are very well-designed and the staff is super friendly. They really tried to help us as much as possible! We will surely visit the hotel another time, looking forward to coming back!

Booked this for my parents. This is what they had to say: Truly wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Probably one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The interior design (& the exterior) are amazing throughout with our room being no exception. Very spacious & comfortable suite with everything you could need plus the fabulous view from our balcony. Complimentary drinks were a welcome treat as were the delicious little goodies left for us when we had been out all day. The whole staff team were excellent, really friendly & helpful but not intrusive. We would most definitely recommend this hotel for a visit to Porto & we will hopefully be returning in future.

Can’t think of a thing! Only that we had to heave after 5 days, we’d wished we could stay longer.

Beautiful hotel opened less than a year ago. The view from the room/bed was exceptional, the room/studio very comfortable. Everything very clean and staff also exceptional. Fantastic choice for breakfast and complimentary drinks in the fridge upon arrival. Staff were very attentive to make sure our stay was a good one.

Stayed for new year 23-24. What an outstanding place. The staff, the apartment, the spa, the food, ... was amazing. I tried but I can only find amazing things to say. 1000% amazing.

Value for money? Somehow hotel does miss a vibe and atmosphere, despite all the beautiful decorations. Inside pool too cold to relaxed during the winter-spring season.

The staff are the kindest and nicest people, they are totally worth 5stars. Location is also great, hotel is stylish and tastefully refurbished.

We loved this hotel, the view from our room was outstanding. The room was so clean. The complimentary drinks and little plates of surprises were a really lovely touch. The walk along the river into town was beautiful and we enjoyed that process each morning before we explored Porto

1. spa /pool to many rules . It is Portugual - make it less complicated 2. in front of the hotel is the river bank. I know it doesn't belong to the hotel but it looks like the hotel and is full of plastic bottles etc. It wouldn't hurt to go there once a week just to pick up the trash. The street is also the face of the Hotel

Hotel is incredible and super comfortable. The interior decoration project is extraordinary. The restaurant is beautiful. 5 star breakfast Location is not in the city center but very easy to access on foot or by Uber car and it is very quiet - I prefer not to stay in the center as it is very confusing at night. The bed and the room really are maximum comfort - perfect soundproofing. On top of the cake: the staff - they are unbelievably friendly Keep up the good work!
