The room was spacious and the bed was quite large. We enjoyed the central location as you can walk easily from the main sights in the city centre. The room was clean and with the airconditioning nicely cooled. The lady from the reception was helpful during check in and responsive.

It was a great location for the festival we went to. The owner and her sister were so helpful. Our air con would not turn on and the lady came and sorted it straight away. Clean, friendly and quiet too, as a little out of the center, however not too far. Great stay.

For some reason the room was noisy, and on the slightiest move, the floor or whatever it was would squeak.

The hosts were very kind and would answer everything in reasonable time. The apartment was clean, and it had a bus stop a couple minutes' walk away which made moving around Porto easy.

1. The noise. We stayed in room number 5 on the ground floor next to the entry door. People from the other rooms were coming at 4am in the morning and some of them had guests coming over and were having a party until 2am. Some were talking next to our windows. You can hear the noise from the floor above. If you're a light sleeper you won't rest properly. 2. The photos of the rooms are misleading, they used a fish eye lens so the room is actually smaller than they make you expect. Also it was a different room than the one showed in the photos, but I'm assuming it is the same size. We booked a Standard double room. The bathroom is actually a part of the room.

1. The room is decorated in good taste and was warm enough in November. 2. The bed (actually two single beds joined together) was comforable. 3. Complimentary coffee. 4. The bathroom looked nice and functional. 5. The location is in walking distance (20-25 min) to the city center or other nice locations - Palacio de Cristal, Casa da Musica, etc...

After a long trip from Lisbon to Porto, finding the accommodation with the heating on was a big surprise, especially since the weather wasn't so great and it was raining a lot that day. Very easy access with the code provided, the room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, slept very well!

Be aware the double room is an attic room with a window that you can't open.

The budget double room is on the first / top floor of a well maintained house. A decent sized hotel room with a relatively big en suite bathroom. Very comfy bed and good working AC. Appreciated the little things such as a properly working mini-fridge and a safe deposit. The host was very communicative prior my arrival and during my stay to ensure I was in a happy place. You are definitely in good hands with them. Very quiet at night so a good night sleep is guaranteed. The area has lots to offer in terms of restaurants, supermarkets and even the local food hall open till very late. E-scooters are the easiest way of transportation, the designated parking bay is just minutes away.

Windows need to be changed , not sound proof. The street is super calm but if someone decides to chat a girl or a boy up at 2 am , you ll be in the front row ...

Friendliness of the manager, extra towels when asked, free cleaning of the room.mid stay , charm of the ceiling, stoned walls extra romantic . Very near delicious places to eat , and cheap + 2 supermarkets open till 11pm!
