Need advice on how to use the air con/radiators - not clear. Also breakfast should be open and not set at a precise time - they wanted to know your breakfast time for the next day . I think due to the rain they were maybe not enough tables inside for all rooms so had to be organised

We loved the interior style, furniture and colours - a refreshing take on the lobby, bar and breakfast room. The stuff was smooth, attentive and carried on duty seamlessly. The hotel is a little gem where esthetics, comfort and service meet in an optimal fashion. Loved the entire experience

Beautifully designed hotel with spacious rooms located within walking distance of Porto. Close to metro station to the airport and amenities. Very professional and friendly staff especially Roberto who mapped out all the locations and restaurants to visit in Porto to make our stay most enjoyable. The breakfast was included and very good. Highly recommended.

They didn't have coffee in the rooms and instead had an instant coffee packet that for anyone paying the nightly price of the hotel and is a fan of coffee is a bit offensive, but we took it in light humour!

The staff was very helpful, I especially want to highlight Sara who was extremely detailed in providing guidance for us in Porto and very accommodating with our needs.

Some of the rooms look directly into another room, but there are privacy shades and blackout curtains.

The common areas, bar, and garden are all stunningly beautiful.

In addition to the unique and beautiful architecture of the hotel itself, the staff's personal touches exceeded my expectations. For example, the staff's homemade granola and yogurt were delicious, and it didn't take long before my cafe latte was ready for me when I arrived for breakfast! Every restaurant recommendation in Porto was outstanding. And a list of recommendations for things to do in Lisbon was a very helpful parting gift. Thank you so much for a memorable trip.

The pool wasn't open but it wasn't super warm so not an issue!

Staff were very kind and welcoming, the breakfast was fresh and delicious (especially the made-to-order eggs) and the room was comfortable and stylish, with a very comfortable bed. We had the garden view room which was lovely. The location was great with some nice cafes and bars nearby and only a short walk in to the centre of Porto. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel is beautifully designed with every little detail considered to create a space that just makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Whilst the space is fantastic, for me, what made the stay so perfect were the staff. They were brilliant. It’s a small hotel, so staff numbers are low but you never feel there isn’t enough people around. If you need anything they are there to help. They remember your name and always make you feel welcome. The hotel feels like your home. Really impressed.

We failed to come up with anything to criticize!

Excellent location close to the centre, the underground and buses. This is an interesting and exciting hotel where every detail has been considered carefully to wonderful effect by the architect owners. From the contemporary furniture and lighting to the polished concrete walls and floors, this hotel exudes style and relaxed comfort, and with only 10 rooms, the customer care is very impressive for its friendliness and professionalism.

They provided a list of recommended restaurants, offers to book activities, homemade omelets, and beverage service throughout the day, which made for a pleasant stay. This was one of my most memorable Porto sightseeing experiences and I will definitely return here the next time I stay in Porto. Thanks for their professional and cozy hospitality :)

The only issue we had at all was that the air conditioning did not keep the room cool enough given the direct sunlight that came in (the cleaning staff opened the curtains when cleaning)

The design of the hotel is amazing. The room had everything you need. The outdoor pool space is an oasis in the city. The hotel is located close enough to the centre of the city for it to be an easy walk, but not so close that you are caught up in the noise. Breakfasts were fantastic - tasty and filling. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff.

Very good location and facilities. Room was a little compact but OK for a night. Staff gave an excellent restaurant recommendation that was within walking distance and had great food at extremely reasonable prices.

Our room was a tad warm, but it did have a large window. There was good aircon and considerately the blinds where lowered before our stay and after house-keeping meant it wasn't a major issue and the south-facing orientaiton and balcony meant we could have a drink and could enjoy the sun in the evening. The shower door didn't close properly and thus leaked and the tap wobbled disconcertingly. But this is an unusaul space designed by architects and not a chain hotel so you can expect some quirks. It wouln't stop me staying again. Particulalry as it was great value and the staff are so welcoming.

Convenient central location in a nice neighbourhood. City centre within an easy walk. Its a very relaxed quiet enviroment, with a courtyard and rear garden, which provides a good oppurtunity to escape the buzz of the city centre. Suggest a lunchtime dip when the sun hits the pool. Enjoyed the Breakfast, a decent range of options and the staff will cook you eggs. The comunal spaces are excellent and always immaculate.
