We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomService in the bar overlooking the marina could be very slow. Robes in the room were made for tiny weeny people! We asked for larger ones but they were no better.
Beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings. The gardens around the pool area are well maintained, the pool is huge and the pool bar staff were lovely. Breakfast is superb. We've stayed here a few times and it's always been of a very high standard.
