Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Room was snug but well laid out, bathroom was clean and modern. Breakfast was great. Sleeping was easy. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains worked very well keeping out night time illumination.

Breakfast was very good. They have some snacks the whole time of our stay. Our room was very clean and also the facilities itself. The hotel is walkable around the city. The staff were very helpful and very nice! We’ll stay there again!

Nothing- everything was fabulous.

The location was central to everything I needed to do and transport was easily accessible for my further afield trips. The staff were wonderful- friendly, helpful, generous and kind. The breakfast was sensational - delicious, wholesome, plenty of choice and the three time frames for sittings meant that I could plan my breakfast and mornings depending on how busy I knew I would be - just what a busy tourist needed to fuel the day. The ever available coffee and tea, with cake supplied, was a welcome addition when arriving back to the accommodation after a busy day. The room was clean and airy with a comfortable bed and a great shower.

We had a child in the room above us that did not stop jumping, running and throwing things! It seemed they did not go out exploring Lisbon either. If noise bothers you ask for a top floor room without anyone above you.

The Baixa location was perfect for us and surprisingly not noisy in our room. A smallish hotel with an excellent breakfast, clean room and staff that really wanted to assist.

Honestly I had a great trip. The AC was on heat mode for the 1st two days but as soon as I asked for cooling because it was quite hot they changed immediately. The balcony in my room wasn’t great but worth it for the price.

The location is prime. In the heart of the old town, close to everything and easy walk to metro, bus and tram. The breakfast each day was good. The housekeeping team was exceptional.

Rooms with interior view best avoided as they look out onto construction very close to window next door ..so curtains shut all the time ..this was my only negative . Tried to change my room but fully booked . No coffee or kettle in room. ..would be better .

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, offered their help even if not asked. The breakfast was not very diversified, but it was delicious and offered local food as well. I loved to have espresso :)

Only thing that I would rate the hotel down on is the bathroom door. It isn’t a proper door and is more like a shower door so you can pretty much hear everything and see in.

Everything was great from the breakfast to the room, it was clean and tidy, had all the facilities needed. The staff were really nice, we arrived early and were able to leave our luggage until check in time. Location is perfect for anyone visiting Lisbon for the first time, everything is easily accesible and walkable.
