Very noisy from outside - windows are not at all isolated. We had a room next to the elevator and it made a very strange noise every time when it is used. The noise was the biggest problem ..

Clean, comfy bed. Basic breakfast - it is cheap so you have few options but it worth .... AC worked very well.

Less than 10mn from the subway station, not son far from down town. A supermarket near by, and restaurants around. My economical room was pretty big. Nice breakfast for 6€, good value

I would suggest more variety for the breakfast I would replace the sink which is too small

location was further from turn center than we would have booked if we booked ourselves a stay in Porto. the shower was very small

The rooms were not very good at resisting noises from outside or even next door/ in the hallway. The lack of shutters at the window made the rooms super cold at nights and I had to be using the heating unnecessarily.

Nice exposure to the local cuisine and delicacies for breakfast. The staff was welcoming and spoke a variety of languages (French and English) so it was easy to communicate with them/ Great suggestions as well of things to do and places to go. Housekeeping staff was warm and always ensured that I had everything I needed to be comfortable- plus prompt and efficient cleaning DAILY.

For the reasonable price I was more than happy.

Good location about half an hour’s walk from historical centre. But buses stop by hotel and taxis reasonable if you don’t want to walk. Hop on, hop off bus just 5 mins walk from hotel too by the park. Bom Sucesso Food Market just short walk away where you could get a good range of reasonably priced meals plus drinks. Big help for me as vegan with plenty of choice. Quite a few shops, restraints and little shopping mall nearby opposite the food court too. Friendly, professional, helpful staff, and hotel very reasonably priced. would stay there again. Little coffee shop right next door to hotel too.

Just a little bit noisy came from street because of windows. There is also general humidity problem in the buildings of Porto.

I and my wife stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Room was very nice. Facilities of the hotel were enough good. Breakfast was good. Receptionists are very polite and kind.

We felt welcomed, staff in reception is very professional. Location is good for shopping, bus station is nearby and also lot of places to eat or have some coffee. Reasonable price for this quality.

A classical hotel in a nice location near the Rotunda da Boavista, with 24h reception, attentive personal, fine breakfast, and classical comfort. Very good ratio quality/price. The buses on the street in front are noisy, but the double windows hold out most of that. Just around the corner is the very nice restaurant and snack center "bom successo" in a former market hall, worth visiting and practical for meals. Within the same building is one of the best confectionary makers in town.
