The beds were really terrible - they would be improved with a memory foam mattress topper and removing the hard crunchy mattress protector.

Showing it's age here & there - front door wasn't the easiest to open, missing some chairs in the pool area, dish washer door loose, missing full set of wine glasses. Nothing that ruined the stay.

The apartment is empty, no decors, pics, no plants, small tv etc. but a lot of empty spaces... Quite damaged furniture, walls, broken tiles in the swimming pool. Would be more or less appropriate choice for at least the double reduced price. On the photos place looks much better than in reality.

It was very impersonal in some areas, and could have done with a few home comforts and a few more items of crockery. The electronic keys are a pain, they are temperamental and often don’t work.

Was a good size for six people. It was clean and bug free, the air on was sufficient on the hottest of days (40c).

Very poor beds, we need to go out and buy a foam mattress if we should sleep in the bed in master bedroom. In general, very little furniture in poor condition. Only table and chairs in one out of 3 terrasas

a bit tired and worn in places, especially around the pool area; holes in upstairs curtains; the kitchen could do with a fresh restyling in the current state not a five star but all the potential is there just needs a bit of work coffee machine uses commercial Nespresso pods which can only be purchased at reception (€1 a pod!) none of these had any impact on the quality of our holiday overall which was great!

T-Shirt was taken away during cleaning (assuming it was seen as some kind of towel? or cleaning staff really liked that t-shirt?) Coffee pods - they are some kind of experimental pods or too old as we didn’t find suitable pods in any small or big shops around 30km. Alternative - 1 coffee pod for 1 € to buy at villa reception. Door to master bedroom was not working. Door to the entrance hall of the villa was also not working so anyone from outside could’ve seen what was happening on the first floor of the villa. Security guy at the entrance to the villas area was “too cool” to explain why our keycard for car entrance was not working when we tried to enter by foot (“I know the answer but you could ask at the reception“)

The baths need protection to prevent the water from splitting on the floor. The kitchen doors need some repairs, and they are not all closing and opening easily.

The Villa was very pleasant, spacious, and with all the amenities we needed for a few days of beach in family. The location is very good, and we could walk to the beach easily and get to the grocery store fast as well. The compost is calm, providing opportunities to rest and relax. The maintenance is very good. We had a problem with our tv's, and the maintenance was very fast solving it. The swimming pool is very nice and well taken care of. The staff is amazing, always ready to support the guests with a smile on their faces.

The whole resort is awsome, but it is a bit outdated. We stayed in nearby apartments 10y ago and choose this place to enjoy this awsome place ( off season). But I need to admin the place requires a bit of facelifting. Kitchen is fine, but soem maintannce here and there would be recommended. Lighting could be improved, It has a very simple design, but small TV for a size of living room. Windows requires a strong force to be open. All was good. Would I stay again, but expecting some upgarde to be made to keep it up to latest trends and standards. we didn't use swimming pool (dec/jan stay) but it requires a major maintannce to be again a pleasent place.

We arrived at 1pm and reception had just closed for lunch. There was 21 of us with cases so it wasn't ideal. Reception guy was at security gate but wouldn't allow us to drop bags in said he was going for lunch. We visited NAU hotel over the road lovely hotel, food and drink nice a little pricing but was ideal for us as we needed to wait for our reception to open. On booking 3 villas two 8 bed & one 6 bed we were told check in is at 4pm. I explained when we booked that we had a lot of people and ask could we possible check in to just one villa early. We arrived back at the reception at 2.45pm two of the Villas were ready which was great, we did have to wait another 20 mins for the floors to dry. Our last villa was available only after 4pm. On booking we had requested 3 villas together as we were a hen party of 21. when we arrived we were given 2 villas back to back which was ok and one villa much further out of the way. This villa had our two older guests so wasn't idea to keep walking, i asked could we move into a villa next to one of the others and we were told no, all villas are full, For the duration of our 2 night stay there was no one staying in any of the villas next door to the other villas which was frustrating. We had to pay a damage waver - we warned this is 500 euros for 8 bed and 400 for 6 bed. This is paid per villa. On checkout we asked to keep one of the bigger villas on - this cost us 250 euros to keep on until 5pm. When checking out of the other two villas we asked for damage deposit back, they refused initially and said it was a group damage deposit not per villa - we had to show confirmation from Booking that it stated this was per villa and eventually they agreed to give the two checked out villa deposits back after asking the cleaners to check all was ok. One evening we called reception as our pool lights were broke - reception said the pool maintenance guy finished at 8pm and that no one else knew how to fix it.

As for the accommodation itself, the villas are BEAUTIFUL, location is just a short walk to shop and beach. We eat at the Os Salgados restaurant would highly recommend! Beach is lovely and there is an open top bus passes the villas regularly doing tours. We used Cheeky Butlers to organise a boat trip and it was the most amazing experience would highly recommend them for anyone on hen or stag do's. We ordered taxis, takeaways, transfers to airport and everything turned up on time and wasn't too expensive.
