We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PortugalPersonnel at reception is very slow and not professional. Place is overcrowded, service at the restaurant is super slow. The amenities in the room are poor: no hair conditioner in the shower, no tea in the room, no alcohol in the mini bar. Overcrowded with kids.

United Arab EmiratesThere were construction works in the same tower we stayed, strong smells of paint, I asked for different room, but they said are fully occupied ( I saw little people around). Also, it has a bad smell in the reception, and the buffet menu doesn’t have good variety.

DenmarkFor a 5-star hotel, the layout of the bedroom could be better for a family with kids (the bed for the kids could be better (instead of sofa-bed). Price of the Buffet is expensive when comparing to restaurants in the city.
Everything was great! Excellent service, great room size, beautiful facilities and green area, great indoor pool, awesome breakfast. We didn’t use the outdoor pools (winter season) but they are nice.

Easy parking, good location for Sintra, you do require a car as out in quite location. Great view of Sintra Palace.

PortugalOur bed had dust bunnies below it. There should be a disclaimer that you need shower caps for the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. And that if you don't have one, its 5€. There could've been more towels available in the room as well as an extra blanket in case its colder than usual. It feels like although you pay for your stay, many things cost extra, which isn't disclaimed before. Also having to schedule a time to go to the indoor pool is just silly and the same with the dinner. If I want to go, I should be able to go whenever I want. I paid for it. I know these are small things, but it takes away from the overall experience. Also the staff at the reception told us if we have any questions to just call reception. I tried and nobody picked up. For last, and this is in no way the hotels fault, but the room next to ours had a weed smoker. Which I'm okay with in general, but when I opened the balcony door at 7AM, the only thing i could smell was the weed and not the fresh Sintra air.
Staff was amazing, room was comfortable with a great view, indoor pool was nice and Jacuzzi as well. The food was really good, never ate Pesto Gouda before and it was so nice. I quite enjoyed it. Maybe a once a year vacation with the spouse
