Great place, and Lagos is a wonderful town. The appartmenrs are spacious and the staff is friendly. The kids loved the place.

This is a very comfortable apartment! Of the advantages, I want to highlight: - A free parking space right under the window. - Kitchen equipment: there were ALL the necessary items in the kitchen, and almost all of them were brand new. - Bathroom: such a new, fresh renovation and the shower cabin does NOT leak (such a rarity). - The room is enough spacious and it is comfortable and pleasant to stay in!

We found the bed too hard for our comfort.

The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. We requested a room change and they were very accommodating. The restaurant was excellent, we enjoyed a delicious ravioli! The prices were so reasonable.

The only downside of the apartment (for families with a child) is that the door has a card lock and cannot be locked from the inside. Our 1.5-year-old infant opened the door easily and walked away.

The apartment size is good for a short stay. Nice balcony, fully equipped. Easy to find and within walking distance from the city center.

Minimalist, no little extras like sofa pillows, extra blankets, or side table lamps. (perhaps not finished decorating?) A lot of little things missing when we arrived like dish soap, washing sponge, (laundry drying rack €20 deposit required and must be picked up at the front desk), Intermittent tv signal.

Modern, clean, everything works. Very nice apartment hotel. Attentive staff. Ample free parking. A new washing machine. In fact everything new and clean.

Really nice and friendly reception staff. Showed us the way to the room. A hand-written greeting card and bottled water were on the table. We are happy with the room facility and feel it suits family travellers. I look forward to visiting and staying in the hotel in the summertime.

However, they lacked variety. It was the same menu every day. I would also recommend less focus on the British tourists and preparing the menu for what is usually eaten in the UK. It'd be much better if you offered locally eaten breakfasts. I would also appreciate it if the staff swept the floor every now and then as it was a bit messy after two weeks of stay.

The breakfasts were good and tasty. The staff was usually very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and nicely located. The surroundings were quiet and at a reasonable distance from the centre and beaches. Thanks to its location we had an opportunity to go to every beach in Lagos and was never bored. There is a small local grocery just round the corner which is very useful to get our shopping. I could honestly stay there 2 months, not 2 weeks.

The pool area would’ve been nicer if the sunbeds wouldn’t have been mostly old and broken.

The staff was very helpful in the hotel and the restaurant. Location was good, only a short walking distance from the old town. The room was clean and was ok equipped.

Sun loungers could do with being updated. Balcony furniture could be better as it was old & a bit grubby & doesn’t really match the modern feel of the apartment.

A really lovely stay! The hotel is located in a quiet, safe area but only a 15 minute walk to the old town. We walked this twice most days and found it to be fine. Ubers are also extremely cheap if needed. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Very clean but some cleaning staff who cleaned our apartment each day were definitely better than others. Our apartment was modern, bright and incredibly spacious. AC worked well. Great to have two bathrooms and two bedrooms rather than having to use a sofa bed in a living room. Huge fridge & freezer. Great to have a balcony. Very handy having two pools. Lovely waterfall shower. Great supermarket just across the road which we loved. Airport transfers well organised. Grounds are really well kept and very clean.

Minor points. Shower leaked which was damaging the door frame so the bathroom door would not shut. It was like that on arrival so some maintenance required. From a personal point of view we thought it would have been good if one of the two pools was adults only.

Although the apartment in which I stayed (402) was large and spacious, it didn’t have a welcoming appeal due to couple of reasons: There was a strange smell as soon I entered the apartment. My thoughts ? The apartment was not well ventilated for last few days ? Smell of sewage from the bathroom ? Hidden mould. However, it settled next day after leaving the windows open. The other reason is that the walls of the entire application are empty. They need some decoration, portraits or paintings to give some colour. There were no bedside shades or lamps in the main bedroom. The furniture in the main hall is too basic. Despite of daily cleaning, there were ants in the hall, bedroom and bathroom. I honestly don’t mind ants on floors but they were on the bed aswell. 2 sightings of large cockroaches over 4 days of stay was also bit upsetting. However, I did not complain about these issues as I didn’t want to spoil my family holiday and probably I have very high threshold for becoming intolerant to these not so small issues. The last bit of this review asks to share photos of the stay at this property. Unfortunately, nothing to share from indoors as I didn’t even feel like clicking photos in the blank space.

Location is good. It is only about 2.5 miles from the lagos city centre. Bus stop is just few steps from the main entrance of the property. Beautiful beaches within walking distance from the property (15 minutes). A convenience store just opposite to the main entrance. The apartments are spacious. Property has 2 pools: clean and well maintained. Pool towels available at the reception by paying Euro 10 as deposit. There is a good italian restaurant next to the reception. The staff is lovely and try to be helpful.

The complete apartment, the fact that there were 2 showers and 2 toilets available. The kitchen with micro-oven and kitchen aids to bake and cook while being away from home. The pool with nice temperate water. Very kind and supporting staff at the reception and the cleaning ladies. We stayed with 4 adults in the apartment as we were in PT for AfroNation festival. Recommended!

Bathing clothes and towels never dried in the room

They have two pool areas which was nice, breakfast was perfect, not too much to choose among and everything was fresh. The staff was very service minded.
