The appartment nice and newly renovated, but for family stay it would be nice to have cleaning items in the kitchen. ;)

The size of the appartment very great. Good location from beaches both on foot and by car. Nice swimming pool.

Although the villas are self catering, a couple of little basics like a small milk, coffee sachets and a few tea bags would be a nice touch so that you don't have to immediately go to the shops. The beds are rock hard! After 1 night my hips were killing me!

The apartment was really spacious, spotlessly clean, in a great location and the staff were really lovely. We didnt use the pool but it was very clean and inviting!

The only thing I would say was that when we checked in we were told housekeeping would be done everyday but that didnt seem to be the case as the only thing we had noticed was that rubbish was taken out but everything else was as we left it and not cleaned

The housekeeper moved/dragged /pulled tables/chairs while cleaning the next/upper rooms in the morning while we sleeping. Pillows no good.

The location and parking is available at all time. Near supermarket and mini market. Staff very kind.

I would say the breakfast was very limited for people with dietary preferences. The only protein source was bacon. Opting for yogurt was not an option as the yogurt offered there was not plain and was flavored instead. So the breakfast was quite sugary, unfortunately. The cheese however was delicious.

What I liked the most was how spacious the place was, especially when walking to my place from the main gate. NAvigating to my room on the first day was confusing a bit though. The staff were helpful and kind.

Our room was damp, a bit smelly and some of the walls and furniture had quite a bit of mold growing on it. The TV had only 14 Portuguese channels. The breakfast was OK the first day but nothing showed up the second day although we paid for it. Since the reception opens late we could not ask what happened. The bed was not great.

Excellent price, large room, helpful staff, interesting resort, good WiFi, clean, good breakfast if you get it. Some supermarkets are nearby and some attractions are within walking distance.

On the morning of check-out, I could hear the water going in the room next door, and I think they used up all the hot water. I would have been more upset if this was a 5* property, but for the price, it wasn't such a big deal

What you get for the price is amazing. Very comfortable and new, with a tasty and ample breakfast delivered to our room. Close to Ponta da Piedade.

Slightly disappointed with the one bedroom apartment when compared to the two bedroom, but they were both clean and modern with more than we needed for our week there. The wifi is weak in the rooms but you can ask staff for the password for the stronger wifi. If you're there for the wifi stay at the bar!

The reviews of this place made me reluctant to book but I'm so glad we did. Far more than a 3 star hotel! We missed our flight so ended up getting to the hotel close to 1am but a very friendly man met us to check us and was extremely helpful. He gave us loads of information and walked us to our apartments and checked everything was in order before leaving. There are two lovely clean swimming pools with plenty of loungers though I could see how this would get crowded during the summer months. The food was great, a good spread at breakfast and the lunch menu was good too, and all very tasty food. We ate out in the evenings, so can't say much about dinner except there is a set menu each night. The hotel is less than 5 minute drive to one beach and about 10 minutes from another. Great location!

We would have liked a hoover or sweeping brush in our room. Also, we had to ask a couple of times for them to change our towels (we were told at check in this was every 2 days). Other than this, everything was great.

The location was great for us. We used the shuttle service to all three locations that it goes to. We usually only took the shuttle in the morning and then made our own way back either by walking, bus, or taxi. All were very accessible. The breakfast was very nice. We ate out most evenings in restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The apartment was great, really spacious. The view of the pool was lovely and the Wifi also worked well for us.. The supermarket across the road was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

staying in self catered I would have expected some more cleaning products - cleaners came in regularly (very basic maintenance throughout) but we weren’t provided with washing up stuff, a brush, tea towels etc

perfect location- about a 20 minute walk into town and most beaches! the apartment was beautiful and the pools were lovely. there is building work going on but we didn’t find this to be an issue.

Very quiet and peaceful location. The staff were so helpful. The free shuttle to town centre was brilliant. The walk is lovely too but takes about 20 mins. Nice pool area

The only thing I could fault from our stay is that the apartment floors needed to be washed and the cupboards had not been cleaned(greasy finger marks on all the doors).

The apartment was a bit cold and dark as we were on the ground floor.

The staff was amazingly nice and helpful with any kind of request. The breakfast was of very good quality, nice selection. The resort is super nice, with 2 pools, a perfect holiday atmosphere. The beaches are reachable on foot.

Bathroom ventilation had a bit of a weird smell. The room in general was very clean, but we unfortunately had a little encounter with a cockroach in the bathroom.

Comfortable bed, large shower. Breakfast is included and pretty large containing scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruits and some small cakes. Two pools are included which seemed nice but we didn't use. 15 min walk to the closest beach was fine. If not Uber is your friend (~3-4€). Staff is very friendly.

Unfortunately our balcony was very dirty and even if they cleaned the room daily, the balcony was dirty for all our staying. This is the only bad note.

I loved pretty much everything: the bed very confortable, the view from the balcony, the size of the apartment and the size of the kitchen. The restaurant also very nice with a good menu.
