Great location so clean and quiet with lovely pool area. A shop and restaurant close by. Only a short uber ride into either old or new town.

The place is absolutely gorgeous! Perfect distance out from a very busy Albuferia. Beautiful restaurant/bar on site with the friendliest staff! Such a clean place, so quiet! Picture perfect! And everything you would ever need in accomodation. So accommodating! 10min walk to the shop, 20min walk into town! We used Uber to go to Vilamoura - much nicer quieter town and out to zoomarine which is a great day out! Taxi out of albuferia at night is very easy to get and costs about €8! The pools were still quite cold, but great to have the kids pool so we didn't have to worry! Plenty of sunbeds....will definitely book again! We used the recommended company for the transfers from the airport, and again, this couldn't have went any smoother! Everything was so easy from start to finish! It was colder at night and the villa even had warmer blankets! They have thought of everything!

We would have liked English instructions for washer and stove. Also safe was hard to open and close. Quicker response to texts would have been helpful

This was a big, bright beautiful apartment. We were not in a busy area and it was quite peaceful. Easy walk into Old Town. Easy to grocery store and bus system. Had a washer as well

The property needs to provide clear instructions to guests to the exact location to find the property location and room. This could be a site map showing the location of the accommodation which is sent by email or Whatsapp before the guest arrives. The site owner should provide a map of the local area in the room with information on local bus routes and directions to the beach and Albuferia Town and nearby attractions.

Very nice accommodation in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The site has a swimming pool and good amenities for the guests.

N/A we liked everything.

My family group 9 adults 5 children stayed in 4 apartments. All apartments were clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Also very good restaurant on complex with lovely staff. Food good and especially loved their cocktails.

Superb apartment. Spotless, nice location, big supermarket 5 minute walk away and town only a pleasant 15 minute walk. I would highly recommend this place and definitely would go back.

The beds...uncomfotable and no sofa bed as advertised..also there was 2 double beds which made it awkward ss we were single travellers

2 Very minor criticisms, there were no scissors in the kitchen and the sofa and chairs in lounge were very hard so not comfortable to sit on. Both very minor things that didn’t distract from an amazing stay, but would change.

Very clean, had everything we needed. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great quiet location. Pool small but ample sun loungers and good mix of sun and shade throughout the day so placement when it was built must have been well thought about. Farm Village Bar in the site was also fantastic, great cocktails and food, again very friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely recommend and we will be booking again in future.

Nothing really, being ground floor there were a few ants and flies about but it didn't spoil anything. No air con but the place is so big and airy it didn't matter.

Studio AJ is no studio. It's a spacious 2 bed, south facing, ground floor apartment with a pool located seconds away. The main bedroom is huge with good storage and a giant zip lock double bed. There is no air con but is very airy and a fan is provided. There is no view but this helps keep it cool. The second bedroom is a reasonable size with a wardrobe and large single bed. Bathroom is small but perfectly formed with a good shower. The open plan kitchen/living space again is large and airy with patio doors to an outdoor eating area and loungers. Albufeira itself is 30 minutes walk following a main road. A large supermarket is 10 minutes, an onsite bar/restaurant is 5 minutes, local restaurant 5 mins and a pizzeria that does takeaway also is 10 minutes. We did this trip as a getaway from it all, peaceful holiday in the sun and we weren't disappointed. Communication and directions from Bernardo were very good.
