The reception desk girl was not welcoming towards simple requests. Just after the owner got involved- a simple request was accepted.

The owner! The terrace. The kitchen. The lounge area. The beds are good. The shower.

Room is small and the back of the house is turned to a highway entrance so it is a bit noisy.

Pet friendly place what was the most important for us as we are traveling with our 14years old dog. Close to Lisbon as we were traveling by car. Kitchen available to use so we could cook at the place. Nice staff.

Some small table would have been useful. We were disappointed by the lack of towels: fortunately we had our own. For comparison, we were provider with towels also in cheaper accomodations with the shared bathroom...

Noise through the adjoining wall and in corridor.

The mattress was a bit too slim but nothing too terrible. And the coffee machine was working only with coins. Or the closeness to the highway.

Amazing staff, super flexible and helpful. Great location to the train, spacious lockers for your stuff, nice shower and nice inner patio!! Very good value for money.

It would have been nice to have chairs and a table on the terrace, but since we were there only one night, it didn't really bother us.

Your experience depends on other guests. You can hear what goes on in the whole house. So take earplugs with you

Unfortunately, it was often very loud, even after midnight/ early morning. In the reception, which is in the hallway, you could hear phone calls, music, and loud conversations almost around the clock. The same goes for the highway around the corner. For this reason, the price-performance ratio in the single room was not right for me, as I had hoped for something different for the price and description.

I spent a few days in the beautiful villa with a cozy ambiance in my room. It was clean and the people were very heartly.

No facilities, different bed I got, even No soap, nothing, Snoooring at room, people were on call whole night.. Disturbing a lot. Very bad experience..

People are nice,but the location is very bad, it’s near the main roadway and trains. There’s lots of noise. We could not go to sleep no matter at night or in the morning. The cars passed every minute.

Smell of sewage in the room. Small bathroom with no extraction (left the bathroom full of condensation throughout the stay). No hand towels were provided and the bed sheets were smaller than the mattress itself (wiggled around). Poor sound isolation (both from the nearby road, and from the remaining areas in the building). No way to block incoming light through the door during the night and morning.

1st of upon arrival after traveling for god knows how many hours getting to the room there was no towels or toiletries at all. I wanted to shower and couldn't l. I had to wash myself using a tshirtl. In the morning very early the staff made so much noise. Really no regards for whoever is staying or sleeping is like they are awake everyone has to be. They were playing with ringbells trying different sounds laughing so loud making so much noise. Asked for towels only got them at 13.30 . At around 1.am Sunday someone was screaming at the top of their lungs. Making so much noise in the morning again. The location is perfect nice but it's the own staff that make it miserable they make so much noise especially in the morning that you want a lie in and sleep a bit more.
