The sea views, the friendly and helpful staff. We liked the fact they included transportation to 4 very good restaurants. There was also shuttle to Funchal. Also we found their market had plenty of variety and the prices seemed reasonable. Overall our family loved our Madeira vacation.

Beautiful location with fantastic views. We loved having the mini mart right on the grounds. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen well stocked and a fabulous balcony to have breakfast. Great parking.

Hotel has beautiful view from the window and from the restaurant. Very spacious rooms with 2 separate bathrooms. Many facilities, fully equipped kitchen swimming pool, small gym, parking place in front of the apartment, laundry.

It was an unforgettable stay! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect - close to attractions, but at the same time in a quiet and peaceful area, which allowed us to have a relaxing break. Additionally, the presence of a mini market, bar and restaurant on site made our life easier and meant that we didn't have to look far for delicious meals. The rooms were not only clean, but also very well equipped, which increased the comfort of our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation spot, and we are already planning our next stay here

Unfortunately, the main outdoor pool was closed for maintenance. Coffee maker in the room would have been nice. The little gym was marginally acceptable. The location was more remote than expected so quite isolated.

Staff was very helpful whenever needed. The facility was very nice. Lots of things to do. Happy Hour was nice. 😁

Apartment is a bit outdated design wise. Furniture is old. Was fine by us.

The apartment was huge and fully equipped . Terrace with amazing view. It’s nice to have the advantages of an apartment and still enjoy the facilities hotel has to offer (pool, restaurant, mini market). Laundry machines are a nice bonus. Location is somewhat in the middle of everything, was comfortable basing ourselves here for our 7 days Madeira trip (a car is a must).

Our room didnt get cleaned. There was no shower gel and shampoo. Sauna and one pool didnt work. We wanted to eat in the restaurant but only option was buffet for 30 euros.

The supermarket and bar both shut at 6 so the only place to get food or a drink in the evening is the expensive restaurant.

For this price everything is ok. Pans should be changed, but it is a small thing.

Great place with spectactul wiews. It is not “build today”, but it comfortable, terrace is perfect! Heated pools, sauna, mini market, bar and restaurant is available. We stay here for a week and we are not happy we change the place for a last holidays, as we really much more like village Cabo girao than the one we stay for a last time in Madeira.

Let's say so: if You don't have ocean view then it's now a bit expensive for that hotel - so for sure check that You book room with sea view. During that stay (that's our 3-d stay) had some troubles with spa (cold water in the jacuzzi, showers on 31.12.23) and room facilities (broken kitchen stuff, wi-fi, safe) - yes, all named were fixed next day, but during the holidays it's annoing to discus couple days the problems, what appearing one by one.

Very spacious room with everything You need, spacious balcony, good sport facilities: big tennis, table tennis, mini golf, etc.., good pools, good food in the pool cafe. Wi-fi speed suits for work. Quality of air outside here is on the top level! Very peaceful and quite place. And as always - amazing stuff, You are really the best here and always ready to help!

While the decor may be somewhat outdated, it didn't significantly impact our experience as the staff was exceptionally friendly, and numerous amenities such as mini-golf, a swimming pool, a kids' playground with a stunning sea view, and a convenient shop were available. Overall, we were quite content during our stay. Exploring the rest of the island reinforced our belief that we had made an excellent choice with this wonderful location.

The place offers a peaceful atmosphere with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. We visited with our 2.5-year-old daughter in late January, benefiting from fewer people, allowing our toddler ample space to play without disturbances. She could play in the beautiful outdoor playground, there was also an inside games room for her with plenty of toys to play. The sea-view apartments were delightful, and we look forward to returning. Special mention to the lovely staff, especially Simon, who made our experience truly enjoyable. The location was perfect for our quiet holiday, and a scenic viewpoint just a 5-minute walk away added to the charm. Additionally, there's a convenient option to purchase souvenirs by the viewpoint.
