The view from the room are into the hotel instead of the city, its no biggie but be aware of that.

The location is good if you like to travel the metro or have a car, be aware that if you walk down to the river or anywhere else, you will have to walk back up and it wont be easy. The staff was extremely nice and help full. they have a underground parking (we paid 16euro per night for the parking). the beds were super comfy and the breakfast was really good.

There are no drawers in the bedroom to store clothes. Modest amount of hanging space. There were bedside tables that could have easily been drawers without utilising extra space.

The air conditioner wasn't working properly. Not sure if at this time of the year (April) they don't make it available, but the room was a bit warm. Could use a bit more drawer space.

Staff at reception was exceptional. Greeting us with a class of cava was very classy. The room was a good size as was the bathroom.

We lived everything about this hotel, all was top notch

My husband and I loved 😍 our stay ar Vincci Bonjardim. The room was comfortable and extremely clean, the roof top bar and restaurant were very handy and food was good too. However I must emphasise that the staff in this hotel were a dream come true. From day one reception and concierge gave us a warm welcome and were always there to assist. The staff in the restaurant at roof top level were very accommodating, special reference to Maria,, the Italian young hostess who spoke many languages Then came the cherry on the cake a lavish breakfast with a great choice of items, something you must wake up for and not miss out on the fresh baked bread, pastries, cheeses, eggs, bacon etc etc etc. We were in very good hands with the amazing Camile at the helm of the morning routine, her warm smile and friendly attitude made our day ! Thank you to everyone who made our holiday a comfortable and relaxed stay. PS I nearly forgot to say that Besides all the bus routes surrounding our hotel, the city Metro is literally at the foot of the street where the hotel is situated. 🙏

Good breakfast. Great staff. Short quiet walk down Bonjardim to old city - no traffic or crowds. Interesting old-fashioned stores.

The room felt really small. There were big groups staying in the hotel, and the lobby is not large so it always felt very crowded and chaotic. However, the staff working at the desk were super friendly and nice.

Great location, very friendly staff, beautiful bar space on the top floor.
