The staff is incredibly awesome ! They are always here for you when you need them without being too much. The hotel is wonderful, clean and quiet. The nature around the hotel is amazing. The food is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. The room is spacious and well decorated.

The hotel was great. From the location, the ambiance, the staff, the facilities, etc. everything as super organized, clean, and professional. It gave a sense of "luxury". We loved our rooms as they were very spacious. The service was great.

Breakfast service a bit and food not refilled when running out (like cheese, beans) but super staff. Paper Moon felt to stressful service, for the quality of food and price tag. It felt like they wanted to flip our table, quality food was awesome - but the size of the lobster pasta could be bigger.

Amazing property. Beautifully designed and decorated. The staff are what make this hotel though. Genuinely nice and interesting staff who want make your stay as enjoyable as possible. special mention to Eduardo at the bar, amazing bloody Mary’s 😄 We will definitely be back.

These are all slight comments, I really loved this place: - the breakfast staff is exceptional, but the price is a bit on the higher side; - in our room, there was no isolation between the bathroom and the main room: the window is even transparent. Personally, even if I were with miss Universe, I don't need to see and hear her brushing her teeth... My opinion :). - the buttons to control the curtains and lights are a bit complicated, and twice I found myself inadvertently turning all lights on, which did not please my sleeping friend. Again these are minor suggestions. Loved my stay at W

Amazing hotel and exceptional staff. They go above and beyond to satisfy you. They even taught me how to get rid of terrible hiccups. The Italian restaurant is really good and you have to try their tiramisu, mama Mia! Maia was also adorable. The gentlemen at valet are also super! Loved it! Muito obrigado!

A distance from the main town and nightlife, very much a contained resort. Pricing at the restaurant and bar were very much on the high side and seem to exploit that you didn’t have anywhere else to go.

A very stylish hotel akin to other hotels in the W chain, perhaps focussed on a younger affluent clientele. The striking architecture and facilities make it a great resort. Professional and helpful staff, a well run operarion.

No 5* service at breakfast. Cappuccino came at the end of our breakfast :-( Took a long time before taking away empty plates.

Really surprised to see open pen farmed salmon on the menu. I would have thought hotels with this reputation should know better. With the environmental impact that open net salmon farms are having on nature I was shocked.
