Street doesn't look too safe. Shared bathroom with very tiny showers.

Unbureaucratic check in/out, friendly staff, central location

It wasn’t really possible to create an air transfer. Because of that the room became really warm in the night.

The street wasn't really a good street, although that isn't their fault. The entrance looked a bit tired and the restaurant below was kind of noisy. The matrasses of the beds were too soft (though some people like that), maybe a bit old.

Location was very central. The staff was very friendly and willing to help and the prices were low. The bathroom facilities were clean. So was the room. Towels and linen included. Room was small but had everything we needed.

The beds are kinda short, I’m 174cm tall and my feet were hanging from the bed :/ Due to the location (a lot of restaurants around) our room smelled of food whenever we open the balcony door. It’s really small, not too comfortable, but if you just need a place to sleep and shower with great location then this is great value.

The location is great, the staff is super nice!

Room 9 had no windows. The patio was a service area with 4 walls and open roof with a very loud duct. Not a patio. Room small and drain smell in bathroom.

    Friendly staff, clean

Our room was quite small and with only window high, high up in the ceiling. So it was quite claustrophobic and stuffy inside.

Vary nice place. Great location. Friendly and helpful personnel. Wonderful common terrace near the kitchen.

Little bit noisy but understandable as it is located really in the city center with lots of people and we had a corner room with 2 windows.

Good location. Room was tidy. Bathrooms always clean. Suitable for young people.

Our room was quite small and had no aircon. The fan makes sleeping just bareable but still not comfortable and as all the other reviews say it can stink from the plumbing... I must admit, I was rather late booking the room only two weeks in advance but 90€ per night (double room + private bathroom) is just too much for what you get.

The biggest asset of this guesthouse is the location within the city. It is close to the old town city centre and Rossio station. Just be aware that you have to walk up this back alley which might apear a bit shady. The staff is really nice and the have common room areas like a kitchen, a laundry room and sofas.

The bed was uncomfortable. The kitchen is small, two people cooking there at the same time can be a little complicated. It's a noisy area and the walls are very thin, so you'll hear conversations and noises all day.

The location is really nice, close to the main attractions. The building is clean and you see the employees taking care of it all the time. Check-in was very easy.

Needs more bathrooms for the number of bedrooms. Quite noisy with windows open but not so bad with windows & shutters closed and fan on.

Great Central location. Decent size room with windows. Well equipped guest kitchen. Nice little roof terrace.

There was no air conditioning, it was too hot. The balcony was really small and there was a tube coming from the underground. And it brought heat. Almost no natural light. The bathroom was really small but that wasn't really a problem.

It was in a perfect place, a bit weird during the night but overall safe :)

The bath enamel was that worn, it was pitted to the metal. The shower head needed to be hand held as the was no fitting on the wall. It was quite noisy, other guests and the bin men arrived at 01.30 in the morning. The location, although great for exploring, felt intimidating- a lot of young men hanging around. Even when I left at 04.09 to get my taxi to the airport.

It was spotless ( except for the bath) and in a great location to explore the city, and beyond.

The instant coffee at breakfast is terrible.

The breakfast was nice overall, with a variety to choose from. The room was small, but comfortable. A little expensive for the size, but it was at the height of summer so it’s understandable.

Although we were given fans, it would be really nice to have some air conditioning as in the summer months. It’s extremely hot and the rooms that would be my only complaint

I like that the property is very central to the main part so within easy walking distance. Also love to clean and tidy. The place was and the staff couldn’t do enough for you.

The walls are paper thin. The room was next to the main bathroom so i would wake up every time someone would shower. Noise from the other room could be heard.

the room is poorly furnished, small effort could make the place very pleasant (very cheap style and old pieces). very old towels. shampoo showering gel not present. coffe could be offered - it cost 1 euro. only 1 key per room is a bit unpractical.

very good location. nice kitchen equipped for sharing - nice food sharing very usefull. nice terrace clean bathroom . easy system to check in and enter (with a code).

Light at the front door would’ve been helpful, very dark trying to navigate the stairwell. Pillows slightly uncomfy and small. We had a room with no window but a window in the ceiling, we just got unlucky as it rained during our stay so we couldn’t leave open at any point so became stuffy - I’m sure this wouldn’t be an issue in sunny Lisbon most of the time!

Rooms were clean, tidy and well equipped. Location ideal! Staff were friendly. Kitchen and terrace were outstanding - quiet and organised. Nice to get some sun on the terrace without leaving the house. Bathrooms so clean.

The location is perfect! Most sightseeings are in walking distance (tram 28, Baixa centre, Santa Justa lift, Alfama) or else you have a metrostation in less than 5 minutes walking (Martim Moniz and Rossio). The room is small, but clean, just like the shared bathroom (2 showers and 3 toilets). Would definitely recommend!
