Great location with easy access from the airport and the metro right outside for travel into the city. Saldanha is a lovely suburb with lots of shops, restaurants & bars. A fabulous small, modern hotel.

Could hear people next door coughing and using the bathroom all night long. Room was next to the elevator which made sleep difficult

The pool could be heated because we came in March and could not use it. The breakfast wasn't veggie, vegan friendly but that wasn't a problem because there's a lot of coffee sops serving breakfast around anyway.

The staff was amazing. They were so helpful and they went far and beyond to make you happy. Great location, close to the subway and public transport. They even gave us a goodbye present, so sweet.

I asked for an early check in from the previous day as I had a very early flight. I arrived around noon and by 1pm they couldn't let me know if I could get a room before 3pm of the normal check in. I felt that they did not put enough effort to satisfy my request. So I left my luggage in the hotel and the lady in the reception said she is going to call me when the room is ready. She never called me so I received my room after 3pm after returning to the hotel. I understand that the early check in is upon availability but I would appreciate it if there was any effort at all to satisfy my request.

The hotel is quite modern and renovated. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

We loved everything about this hotel! It was so easy to get around Lisbon (& to the airport) with the metro right outside the hotel. Each and every hotel staff member was professional, kind and welcoming. We were very grateful for the upgrade as well as a small thoughtful gift when we checked out. Our room was amazing- clean, quiet & had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Also the breakfast was awesome- especially the pancake maker! We can’t wait to stay again when we visit Lisbon in future! Highly recommend!

The mattress and the pillows were really soft, towels were a bit old and the toilet was stained. It has been clearly cleaned but stains are hard to remove. Other than that, it’s a convenient place to stay and I would book again

Clean room and quite spacious. Good set of amenities. Breakfast options are quite good, although there is some room for improvement on the savoury side. If you have a sweet tooth, you will not be disappointed! Nice welcoming and farewell gifts. First and last impressions do count.
