Room gets quite humid over night so you need to keep the air conditioning on. Right now there is a construction next to it but should be finished soon and they are starting in the late morning so sleep was great :)

Great location, supermarket & surfcamp nearby, good breakfast, calm and relaxed, nice staff! We are in Peniche/Baleal once a year and that's the best location we have stayed so far!

To appreciate this accommodation one may need to stay in some others, more ancient ones in the area. It is very newly renovated, clothing gets dry inside of the room (it's an absolute advantage in the area, especially during cold months Nov-Mar) and the location is perfect for getting groceries from the supermarket in the building and getting out for a surf in the spots nearby.

I recommend to stay here. The room was nice, bed was comfy and Adriana was very kind. We have arrived earlier as the check in time but they could manage to get our room ready. The accomodation was quiet and it is located about 10 min from the beach.

Staff was great, all worked out easily. We appreciated location near the beach, surf and restaurants. The breakfast was really good with for example fresh orange juice, bakery bread and fruits.

We loved the proximity to the beaches & restaurants, cleanliness & amenities. The staff were lovely & it was great value for money. Our room had a gorgeous balcony which we could see the sea from to check the waves. We would book this place again.

The view from the balcony was great. Good breakfast. Location was so close to the sea, that surfing was really easy at any time of the day. Outdoor showers and place to keep surfboard and wetsuits. "Working room" with three desks for remote work.

The room was super humid (although that's pretty normal in Baleal!) and the bathroom a little cramped if you're tall, but I'd still come back :)

Yey Baleal is super central and a great place to stay if you're looking for a private room near Baleal! The breakfasts were great and the room was really comfortable.

Even though the room was clean and comfortable the room had a weird smell. It could be because of the humidity but it was a little annoying. Other than that everything was great!

Yey Baleal is a great, simple place to stay for surfers or visitors of Baleal, situated right by the beach. The staff is lovely, the breakfast nice, the checkin very smooth. We also loved the café downstairs.
