One of the main issues was the loud AC sound in the room, which was quite disruptive even though we didn't use it much due to the cold weather. Additionally, we requested a late checkout, but unfortunately, it was rejected, possibly due to the hotel being fully booked during the Asian Football Cup. Another downside was that, except for the master bedroom, the other rooms were relatively small. Despite these issues, the hotel was still a decent option overall.

I must say it was worth the money we paid for it. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The master room was big and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What I loved about this place was that it had everything we needed nearby, including a supermarket, laundry, and pharmacy. The apartment is also conveniently located just a few minutes drive from Souq Waqif and the old port.

We had to wait with check in at 3 pm and were not first told why. The hotel was fully booked and the wait in the end was about 15 min.

For room service I had to come down to order as the QR code on the TV would not work on the phone. Would be helpful to include this in the hotel brochures in the room.

The check-in girl was very helpful and welcoming. Nice size room which was perfect for my needs.

The female manager did not treat us good even if we requested properly. She did not allow us to shift to another room so we had to wait till she's not there and ask a different staff to allow us to shift.

We requested for a room change because the first room has a strong cigarette smell. The male staff entertained and explained us well why we were sent to a smoking room. He then allowed us to be transferred to a better and cleaner room.

It's felt like you are in a flat not in a hotel. Need improvements.It's expensive for it's worth. The pool need maintenance and a heater during winter.water is so cold. Breakfast had only few selection.

The only thing I loved was the reception and staffs that are very friendly and accommodating.

The staff there were amazing each and everyone, very welcoming, very friendly, helpful, they made my stay amazing, the Check-in nd the Check out was very smooth, food was nice 👌🏼, the location is the best it’s near the downtown you have everything nearby, I highly recommend this place and their restaurant «  salt and pepper «  which is open 24/7 for everyone

Breakfast was served in the room without spoon and fork. But they provided after I requested, it took 30min waiting. You need to request coffee also for your breakfast otherwise they will give you 6 glasses of juice for only for 2 pax. after waiting for coffee, the coffee didn't taste good because of too much milk they put. I better have asked for 3 in 1 coffee. Maximum visitors are only 4, you have to pay 200 if more than 4 person. The unused Jacuzzi or small pool should be provided with barricade for safety.

Staff are very accommodating and always smiling. They are also attending your request. The pool is also quite good. Although, it would have been better if the Jacuzzi is also available. Nice to relax on the rooftop pool side in evening.
