Amazing! Lovely from A-Z Best hotel in Doha so far

nothing but maybe the small and narrow entrance for cars from the main road beside that the wedding hall guests and the residents are all in one way. It took from my friend more than half an hour to reach the hotel’s gate .I heard lots of people complains of that.

I’m a regular guest to the hotel, only this time i found flies in the toilet / i’ve waited over 30 min for the bill to take my luggage and ended up dragged it by myself/ charged QR 399 for restaurant I didn’t visit though i was very late and wanted to finish up my checkout

the in room dining food is good yet the menu still limited and highly priced

there was a terrible incident at the hotel when I with my wife and our daughter went outside to play on the grass. Our daughter saw an outdoor playing area and rushed there. It turned out that this playing area belonged to one of hotel’s villas and within 2 minutes a lady who was apparently renting this villa opened the balcony and started shouting at us saying that its a private villa (which it was not as it was Four Seasons’ property) and asking us to disappear. Then she came downstairs and continued shouting in front of the two years old kid, she then called a security and ran to the garden trying to splash the water at us. I took my child onto my arms and ran away from there. it was hotel’s guest same like us who was not adequately behaving. it was hotel’s gap that they did not tell us about this guest, but in the first place they should have a kids playing area. We felt very very bad especially that management or administration of the hotel did not say sorry or anything like that. it was really really disappointing. The whole trip to Doha was spoiled because of this incident. we are the constant clients of this hotel and try to choose it wherever we go abroad if it is available. But this case has really downgraded this hotel in our eyes.

they asked me to pay a bag that was in the closet that was handed over to their staff with the price tag after asking if it was a gift to the guests or not without having being used AT ALL.

frankly the level of service was very disappointing for a four seasons hotel. there was construction in the beach area which we were not informed about until we booked a non refundable booking. the staff is clearly not well trained. particular points: 1) anything we order to the room takes a long time to get there, it took them 40 minutes to send us a simple bucket of ice! 2) the housekeeper rang the bell even though the room was on don’t disturb, and entered the room without regard to privacy. 3) the food at the beach area took a little over an hour to get a simple club sandwich ready. these do not reflect a typical four seasons level nor the price we pay for such hotel

One of the employees informed me I can bring a cake to the afternoon lounge where I had a reservation the next day. I booked a suit for 2 nights. They informed me that if I wanted to have the cake in the lounge I had to pay QAR 500 and if I wanted to have the cake in my suit I could only invite 4 of my friends. This isn't the memory a hotel should provide their customers on their birthday
