▪︎ Minor: Windows were not clean, thus blocking beautiful views from my 7th floor room and would've loved to take photos. I did notice a sign in my room that they're in the process of cleaning windows. ▪︎ The white robe: Not sure if it was Clean after I later realized CLUMPS of black hair inside one of the pockets and I had been wearing robe 😞 Yikes. I did take a photo of the clumps of hair.

▪︎ Easy Check-in/ Out Process ▪︎ Staff: The receptionist staff, upon check-in was professional, helpful, and nice, along with the concierge too on who provided the hours for the National Museum of Qatar. (Didn't get their names, though, but appreciate them both) Salim, concierge, upon my check-out was helpful in getting me a Karwa to go to DOH (Airport) ▪︎ Location: I was only in transit in Doha for a few hours, but Fraser Suites is conveniently close to DOH airport, Museums, Souqs, Flag Plaza) ▪︎ Amenities: Good WiFi, microwave, refrigerator, utensils, hand/bath soap had a good subtle scent. Likewise, lotion was good too. What were provided were satisfactory to what I needed.

Average breakfast...no traditional meals, no fresh juice, only few pcs of fruits. No coffee machine you had to ask for it. No pool bar. English of staff could be better...I asked if a public beach is open from morning and man at the reception said yes...so I traveled 45 mins but the beach was closed because of Ramadan till 2 p.m....he should know it. Far from the metro station. It took 14 mins by walk. They didnt supply water bottles every day...I received just first day of my arrival.

The jacuzzi, was too hot! ( it doesnt need to be that hot!!!), and some machines in the gym need repair or replacement. Otherwise a fantastic hotel...100% staying again next month.

The location is very convenient, not far to/from the airport, walking distance to historic sites like the Museum of Islamic Art, Qatar National Museum and Souq Waqif. House keeping was efficient, the room was cleaned daily and towels changed. The gym was well-equipped and the pool area was beautiful.

Breakfast was atrocious - seriously, why offer Continental Breakfast in the Middle East when there is so much delicious food here? There were a few options but all substandard - the chef needs to look at the shaksuka recipe again. There is a lot of miscommunication. Whatever I asked was misunderstood; from cleaning to room service. Apparently my room was upgraded - but I was staring at the wall. Also a desperate up selling from the receptionists - the tours around Doha and how she will also get commission. On purpose, I didn't book with them. Also - the room - so many things are broken. E.g. The iron ruined my dress. Then the tap in the shower.... Overall, it was just little things that added up. I can't fully say I had a terrible stay as the pool is nice and the room was reasonable for the price. But I wouldn't stay again.
