Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

BREAKFAST MENU SHOULD HAVE OTHER OPTIONS WHERE WE CAN CHOOSE, PLEASE ADD EUROPEAN BREAKFAST ON YOUR MENU LIST. I HOPE THESE THINGS WILL BE IMPROVED.

United StatesThere was no toilet paper in the wash closet. There is no reason to not keep that in the room as they are not items that expire. Also, the room smelled a bit stale but was ok once the a/c was run for awhile. I would suggest turning that and the water heater on the day of the proposed check in so that the guest has hot water immediately and the rooom doesn't smell.

QatarTV’s are not the same in the every room. The room which was assigned to me from my most recent booking had an old TV, which was a non smart TV and has no available TV in the bedroom. Compared to my previous booking which has a smart TV in both living and bedroom. Also, the AC system had an issue that persisted until my second day. Furthermore, as regards to customer service particularly in the reception was once again needed to be more warm and accommodating to all guests no matter what their nationality. It would be better if there’s consistency all throughout the property.

QatarThe bathroom near the rooms don't have a bidet. One more thing, the road near the hotel is with ongoing construction. So the noise you can hear it in inside.
The rooms was spacious and very clean. The beds are soft and comfy to sleep. And, the staff are all accommodating and very helpful. Keep it up! 👍 Will definitely recommend to my friends. All in all its a wonderful experience!
