We were checked in late (4.30pm) and had to wait at the lobby 1.5h (they said it's the fault of somebody else before us checking out too late). The room was not well prepared, we were missing towels. The street is quite noisy, but at night somebody has also started a washing mashine from a different room and it was very audible. Definitely not a 4 star hotel experience, did not have a good rest there.

Too cold room, there was no kettle in the room. Telephones not working hence no way to communicate to the reception.

the bathroom & shower is old and furniture is not clean, the kitchen is very old and dirty i request to change the katel i get same (old one). the sound of night club in the room till 2am.

location is good a lot of restaurants near by, supermarket in same building out side, metro station is few minutes walk. if you traveling by car patrol station is close too. quite area.

the floor was moist/wet, we have to mop it every 30 minutes. they said that that the chiller for the a/c is not working. we had 2 kids slipped on the floor and almost hit their heads.... in the morning when we woke up, the floor was really wet, seems like water was leaking out of the floor

There was a lot of construction around the area. The traffic outside was also a disruption although I believe the hotel could do justice with some noise cancellation windows - for atleast the rooms on the outer sides of the building.

The room somewhat look exactly like the pictures presented.

Hotel mentioned that they accept Amex payments. But when I produces my Amex card they said it is not working and didn't accept. Generally when I use booking.com automatically charged to my CC. But here they asked me to pay.

Wifi is slow and sometimes its gone. Swimming pool is too early to close, we dont even try to swim and enjoy. Check in and check out is too hustle. It takes too much time to wait for check in and check out, not like the other hotels i check in before. They dont prepare clean towels. I think its already used and they forget to change.

I like the staff. They are good. The facilities its all working.

Cleanliness can be improved. I experienced cockroaches in the room. The room is not cleaned by default. You have to ask for it. The room was much smaller than I saw on the pictures.

The location is good. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is a coldstore/baqala under the building which is very convenient. There is ample parking also at the premises.

The rooms could have been equipped with better amenities. The air conditioning was average, but all other issues were promptly resolved by the staff.

The customer service at Al Mansour Park Inn was exceptional. Kabeer and Divya at the reception were quick to tend to all our queries. They were professional in their approach while being extremely polite.

The service at Al Mansour Park Inn is amazing. All our needs were tended to promptly. Kabeer and Divya at the reception were polite and contributed towards a pleasant experience. They professionally assisted us with all queries and did so with a polite demeanor.

Spacious room but it really needs renovation. From the Bathroom tiles (molds), shower curtain and cooking range( covered with rust ). Bed linens has stains. AC was not working properly when we came. Not stable wifi connection.. I did not expect to experience all of those in a 4star hotel.

Have water licking from the up.and if they take a shower the floor was a lot of water
