Housekeeping team should try and clean all corners of the room expecially the balcony for easier access by the guest but everything else was clean expecially the beddings and washroom ,good job.

The hotel is very comfortable and reached my expectations and the amount I spent, their staff are very professional and have good service ,I would choose this hotel over and over again.

Great stay for our 2 night transit flight on honeymoon. The rooms are all huge and very comfortable. We had an issue in the bathroom and the hotel changed our room ASAP and even upgraded us to a suite. The hotel is only a 5-10min taxi from all the tourist spots and taxi’s are very cheap so it’s 100% worth it! Highly recommend this hotel!

The view from the window was blocked by a tall building located about 5 meters away. Because of Ramadan, the breakfast buffet saloon was not open. Instead, they offered three different breakfast menues to enjoy in the room. None of the days, the breakfast was presented according to the menu selected; sometimes, with substitutions we did not request or liked. We found that Ramadan month is inconvenient for tourist as the city is, except for musseums reduced hours, mostly shutdown until after sun set (i.e., no places are open to grab a snack or have a cup of tea/coffee) so you might prefer to stay in your room.

The hotel is located near a main avenue in the older part of Doha with easy access to the near Souq. The room was large and, on spite of being comfortable, is in need of an update. In general was an acceptable stay. A stay that would have been a lot better outside the Ramadan month.

The rooms were a little more dated than they looked online and the location wasn't quite as central as I thought it would be but it didn't take long getting into the center and taxis were cheap.

We only had hand towels, no bath towels. For a quick overnight stay it didn't matter but the staff thought we might be responsible when they returned to the room, which was a little upsetting.

I wish we could have stayed longer, we had a beautiful room at an amazing price. Comfortable beds, great decor, everything clean and well appointed. The cafe staff even rustled-up some food for us close to midnight after we'd returned from the race track. We were also allowed to extend our check-out time so we had less time to kill before heading back to Lusail - great service! Being only 10 minutes walk from the red metro line also made it an ideal location for us, so it truly ticked all the boxes.

The room’s toiletries stock is good for 1 person only despite we booked for 2 (however we didn’t call the reception to request). The coffee cups are dusty. The room feels a bit old nevertheless it’s functional in every corner.

The staff are friendly, the location is very convenient, the room’s design is well- thought of.

Excellent stay at Sapphire Plaza, we had a fantastic stay, and really loved the big room that we had with nice view, very helpful staff I remember only two name Alishah receptionist and Ala udin from engineering i will definitely come back in my next visit to doha

View from our window wasn't great :-) but we only stayed one night so didn't really bother us.

Really enjoyed the stay, we only stayed one night but it was quite near to some attractions and easy access to public transport. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. We had burger for the dinner in the hotel's restaurant and it was well done.

The room was very cold. The bathroom was old and the shower leaked water onto the floor.

The hotel appears to be understaffed: on arrival there was only one person on duty and reception, with a queue building up. At breakfast there was initially no one on duty to prepare eggs. The room was poorly maintained and poorly cleaned: light bulbs and electrical sockets did not work and there was chewing gum stuck to the wall. The hot water in the bathroom never really became hot.

The hotel is in a good central location. The room was large and the bed was comfortable.
