The room given to us was in first floor, we requested for a room on the ground floor but this was not accommodated.

Very friendly place with a comfortable stay options. It has all the ingredients of a good vacation- ambiance, food, facilities and excellent staff. The spa service is also great.

The only downside was the fact that pizza restaurant and burger restaurant were not open on our first night there, the restaurant food was decent but quite expensive.

The rooms and resort and modern and clean, the staff were great… The night manager Sharif was extremely helpful in giving us a late checkout and providing us with anything we needed, also the staff on the beachfront; Fancy, was very nice and helpful, providing cold water and towels whenever needed. The resort has all the facilities that you would need, gyms, spas, beach volleyball, football pitches, basketball courts and tennis courts! The staff are excellent and very helpful and accommodating when it comes to checking in and checking out ( thank you Sana and Yosra).

It was a nice change from the city. The place is quiet and serene and quite large too. Many different places to sit and relax by the water. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A few things spoiled our stay. I didn't have time to bring it up to the staff, so I've given an 8/10 instead of 7/10 - the extra 1 point for the benefit of the doubt. Firstly - the price - during Eid, price is inflated, and I agree it is high season but perhaps I was expecting more from the room - it was a basic double room. I've stayed in resorts before and this resort room has been the smallest, so I'm not sure it's bang for buck. Also, in the room, we had a mosquito issue in the bathroom for room 100 - there seemed to be a hole or entry way for the little buggers to fly in and withdraw my sweet blood! Secondly, the day pass. As small as the beach is, the facilities are not private to the residents. On Eid, I would guess, about 50-60% of the people at the beach were not residents of the resort. This kind of sucked because they paid 10% of what I paid but they have access to everything. This wouldn't have been an issue but the facilities were not enough for residents and visitors. For example, there were only 8-10 beach huts and it's first come first served. People came, put their bags down - and disappear for hours on end - no time limit or anything. And thats the hut gone for the whole day. Furthermore, they didn't have any beach towels available either. Every time I asked, I was given the same "come back after 20 minutes" answer. Thirdly, 1 out of 3 restaurants was closed down - the burger place 😭 - the one I was looking forward to most. Which meant we had 3 options - buffet, room service or fast food Italian. The Italian was decent, we didn't try the buffet for lunch or dinner and the room service was really poor. In terms of price, quality, consistency and attitude of the lady answering the room service calls. One night the burger was decent, the next it was incredibly dry. One night they took over an hour for a small order and the lady on the phone was rude when I asked her about the food.

Access to beach. Housekeeping staff were phenomenal. Bellboys were always happy to assist. Receptionists are well trained and well-spoken. They practice patience with a smile, which is a tough skill! Bed, although it was on the smaller side, was comfortable. Pillows were soft and plump. Beach was very clean, and the swimming pool was at a nice temperature and lifeguards all around the swimming areas.

Unfortunately I did not rate the buffet breakfast as the food although a good variety was nowhere near hot and would have benefited from a cook to order egg and pancake station rather than having them pre cooked.

Great staff, reception staff are very helpful. Rooms are nice clean and comfortable and hotel was happy to provide any extras we required for our room, they even sent us a complimentary fruit basket and sweets which was a nice touch. The little italian restaurant was great with really good pizza and spa prices are reasonable compared to other resorts in Doha. Overall great facilities we really enjoyed our short stay.

The place is very far from the Doha centre. Another big issue is that during 2 whole days during weekends there was a party at the beach side. It is very annoying to those whose room has a beach view. They were inconsiderate and loud , you cannot set down at the beach, all seats taken, huge number of celebrants and they stay for long time from Morning at around 9 to 10 Till sundown at 5 or 6. I complained many times , but although employees were polite, they had no solution. I highly discourage coming during weekends , more expensive , and much lesser enjoyment.

Beautiful view, large facility , setting at the beach is wonderful in most days during weekdays. Overall views deserve the booking. Breakfast is delicious and has a variety of choices.

Initially when I’ve checked in I was told that I can have early breakfast or on the go if needed. After 2 days when I was planing to have breakfast on the go as I needed to leave earlier I was told that it was not possible.

At night I switched the AC off and it made a noise then which was a little bit annoying when trying to sleep. The rooms could be more cosy and some furniture need an update.

The location next to the sea and beach is lovely and the pool area is well maintained and perfect to relax. Nice guys working at the pool. The room had a sea view that I enjoyed a lot. It’s very close to some sand dunes if you’d like to visit these during your stay. Helpful staff. various options at breakfast.

The first room we had was a paraplegic friendly room, meaning some amenities weren't ideal (the shower had no glass to prevent water spillage, the basin had no cabinet or countertop). The staff relocated us to another room, but there was a terrible smell from the drain in the second room.

Too many people at the lunch buffet, there was no proper cooling in the dinning hall. Our chalet was good. Had no problems there. Staff was also helpful but it felt like at lunch buffet they were also struggling to cope with work pressure
