Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The rooms was excellent with our terrasse point at Piton des Neiges. Beds were super comfy. Jacuzzi at the rooftop is a must use. Breakfast was good too.

United KingdomLocated right by the road so the sound of people blasting music on the street right underneath your balcony and the revving motorbikes can be heard loud and clear during the night which woke me up several times. The breakfast was extremely disappointing for a 4 star hotel, croissants and bread were hard and not fresh, there wasn't a lot of choice either, what a shame.
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and spotless room with a balcony. Secure parking at the back of the hotel.

Austriathere is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, the spa has to be paid separately. The breakfast - which is officially till 10 - was already reduced more than half an hour earlier stat day. in addition location is quite loud. We have been staying in better hotels in Cilaos and overall I have to say, that the hotel is completely not worth the price and does not represent a 4* standard at all.
