The restuarant was closed in the evenings we were there and the buffet was disappointing. The limited menu was better but we did end up in the Burger King!!

The hotel was exactly as expected. When we wanted to use the pool it was nice and quiet and a good size. The beach was initially a bit disappointing (being a public beach) but after a snorkel I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of fish.

No concierge to help with luggage, code to access gate should be given when checking in, information about the carpark gate not given and made it very hard to leave early for a tour. If you don’t speak French it is very hard to navigate around this property - eg all menus are in French would be helpful to have English too.

The location was fabulous to access the beach and also the freeway. The rooms where a decent size and very clean. Plenty of parking. The breakfast buffet had plenty to offer.

I got a room on the ground floor, since I hadn't booked a superior room. Change on the site was not possible, as all the rooms on the 1st floor seemed to be already reserved; The room was okay, with a lot of storage space, but not much daylight. The only "window" is the terrace door facing the garden, where everybody walks by. Therefore: limited privacy unless you keep the door and curtains closed all the time :-/

Great property: huge garden, ping pong table, tennis court, possibility to borrow beach towels and snorkeling equipment, all rooms are in nice 2-story buildings in a kind of colonial style, 2 pools, Restaurant and Pool Bar very close, beach access directly behind the pool, many different dinner options: grand theme buffet at the restaurant, dinner menu with 2 options at the pool bar or tapas at the pool bar, live music and traditional dance show on some evenings, free welcome cocktail reception every Monday evening before dinner, plenty of offers for beauty or wellness... Good location: L'Eremitage (10min further South) and St. Gilles (15min further North) with shops, restaurant and leisure facilities (boat cruises, water sports) both in walking distance from the property

There are many details that you should know in order to get the most out of your stay (the main restaurant needs to be booked before 6, the pools close at 8 etc). It would be good to gather all information in a booklet, also available in English.

Big and comfortable beach resort. The location is good, right next to the lagoon, 10 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants in Ermitage and 20 minutes walk to St.Gilles. The check in experience was the best I could dream of - I arrived with a 7 am flight, and the reception offered me a glass of juice, luggage storage, full access to the hotel facilities, a beach towel and a shower! Most of the staff speaks English and is professional and helpful. A special kudos to their travel agency concierge who managed to find a last minute whale watching tour for me.

the breakfast room was/is infected with pigeons. as soon as you leave your table they just land into your plates for leftovers. nothing is done by the staff or management to chase them

The room was very spacious and clean. Located at the first floor, it was also provided with a nice balcony. The staff was nice and welcoming. Good continental breakfast and easy access to the beach.

The last early morning people in the room above us made many noise.

I like everything during my stay but most of all, the delicious food and the location so close to the beach. There is plenty of space in the garden with two different pools. I also love the grills near the pool for lunch.

The room was good, but the bathroom was very old and would need renovation. Showerhead was broken (didn't stay in position), the walls looked bad. The problems with the pidgeons at breakfast is solved - they are using hawks. Feel very sad for thise animals. It must be terrible for their delicate hearing to sit there while kids run around, scream, and cry. But it's effective.

Liked the direct beach access. Staff was very friendly. Welcoming atmosphere.

On the first day a hotel staff knocked at our door at 10PM while we were asleep because we were having an early start on the next day (which we told reception because we would leave before the earliest breakfast service) because they did not register our arrival properly. They also told us we could have access to a laundry service but what they didn't tell us is that it was 4 euros for a single pair of socks, 7 euros for a T-shirt etc. The food at the restaurant is not good value for money, we went there on the first day and did not come back.
