“The property is located on the end of a ridge with panoramic views of the countryside. The listing didn't make it clear that this was an agrotourism property and we arrived late (9pm) hoping the restaurant would still be open. It doesn't open in the evening but the owners were incredibly hospitable and made us a plate of cheese, cold meats and bread - very delicious! The following evening they were hosting a party for a local couple (something which they only do occasionally) and were concerned that the noise might disturb us. We were invited to join the party (which we declined) but weren't bothered by the noise, the carafe of homemade wine we were given probably helped with sleeping! Breakfast was delicious - a large plate of eggs with bacon & vegetables with bread, cheese and jam. On the second morning we also had liver as they'd just had a whole lamb for the party. As well as farming sheep they have horses and grow lots of fruit & veg. The owner, who's name is Mladin (I think!) proudly showed us around before we left. They make a range of home produced products including wine and some excellent Slivovica! The apartment is spacious, clean and with comfy beds, it has a small kitchen area but we didn't use this, and a large comfy sofa plus a dining table. The view from the balcony is superb and there's plenty of parking space. The dogs and cat are friendly too.”
“Despite the fact that we arrived late in the evening, the owner was waiting for us with a welcome toast. He willingly pointed out and explained everything to us. The room we got was beautiful, spacious and clean. The nice lady in the restaurant prepared breakfast for us as per order. Ranch-like environment. I definitely recommend visiting this beautiful region.”
