“We really felt that they and booking should mention in some place that you have to walk and go up and down because you have stairs all the way to the bungalow. It is not for our age (I had have some years ago a big spine surgery ...) and it would have been pains for me.
We asked if they could allow us to use one of the the two days paid in advance (low season begun already) and of course when you ask about that possibility you know (I am a hotelier for almost 40 years now and I know how you can behave in cases like this). Of course policies are subject to the owner's wishes. But we lost around U$S 270.00. anyway it was done...”
