    “Breakfast was included with our room charge. We were staying for two weeks and never tired of the menu. Fresh pastries, deliciously ripe fruit bowls. My favorite breakfast was huevos enmoladas.I think my husband tried everything on the menu in the two weeks and was never disappointed. We kept coming back to Espuma for dinner even because the food and service was the best we found. We were upgraded to their best room a few days into our trip at a discounted rate because of a cancellation which was very nice of them to offer. The staff was amazing. Luis, the manager checked in on us every morning at our breakfast table. Alfredo and Victor, our main food servers, were very professional but also personable. Everyone at Espuma went above and beyond. We really felt at home and, to us, that’s a sign of a well run business. We will be back. Oh AND the view of the bay and the sound of the waves from our room and the restaurant… priceless!”

    “The location is spectacular with a wonderful view over Zihuatanejo Bay. It was a short walk along the beach into town with many little beach side bars and restaurants at which to stop for refreshments along the way. If you are not up to the walk back at the end of an evening then it's only a short 50 pesos taxi ride home. The building and the pool area are well kept and the 24hr security (although in Zihua safety is rarely a concern) was friendly and helpful. The apartment, although a little dated, was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for two couples. Even on 32 degree days, the cool ocean breeze blowing through the huge windows made AC (although available) unnecessary. My wife and I have visited Zihuatanejo a number of times over the past years and have never been disappointed. This trip was no different. Casa Bahia was our first non-hotel experience and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Jim and Holly were very forthcoming with information and we were delighted with their recommendations for bars and restaurants that we had not visited before. Upon arrival we enjoyed a warm greeting from Carmen the property manager even though we arrived outside of the normal check in hours. Throughout our stay Carmen was always readily available for any questions and arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport the day we left. All in all a fantastic stay!”
