    “Location.”

  • “This part of the Philippines is absolutely beautiful and magical, with the potential to give you an unforgettable experience. The resort is located in a stunning spot, perfect for watching the sunset, and the service is okay. However, there is a big acoustic issue in the hotel: every day, until late at night, the administration plays EXTREMELY LOUD electronic and techno music of high tempo with gigantic, disturbing speakers all over the beach and main installations of the resort, causing major disturbance for a beautiful, relaxing scenario at the beach—especially during the sunset. Not to mention, the music continues until midnight regardless of the absence of guests at the bar and surroundings, in a place that is called a "beach and nature resort." We tried asking to reduce the music and were redirected to someone apparently in charge of the music, whom we had to chase multiple times around the resort because the volume was constantly being pumped up to the limit. We were also explained that there is apparently a marketing strategy that has become a competition between the businesses along this beach, consisting of playing the loudest music in order to stand out. This clearly shows that there is a higher political issue in this area that transcends beyond the administration of the resort and highlights the lack of regulations within this island of the Philippines. In conclusion, with much sadness, I'd recommend to all my readers and followers of vacation destinations TO AVOID THIS PART OF THE PHILIPPINES and unfortunately travel to more touristic islands such as Boracay or El Nido, where there are better environmental regulations against auditory contamination.”

“Hotel is im the same building of Robinsons mall, Very good location to access everything nearby, professional staff and i got immediate response with polite manners from them for each calls. Recommend to manage a room checklist to make sure all the facilities are available in room on each and every time they clean the room, so that guest can avoid calling reception for every thing. Water kettle was dirty and when i called they immediately replaced it Management must involve to renovate the linen, floor, shower, furnitures. Its good value for money”
