    “The staff is very friendly. When I forgot my watch in the room, the receptionist called us immediately after finding it. All the personnel are helpful. The room is clean, and the breakfast food is excellent. The pool area is great and includes a sauna.”

    “Everything. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. There were bowls for our dog. Complete bathroom facilities. Very clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. A stone's throw away from the beach. One of the best breakfasts we have ever had with a lot to choose from. Fresh food and continually replenished. Very friendly staff. Very good saunas and recreational facilities for the whole family. Free bikes to use. Great attitude towards pets. This is our second time here. The first time my wife and I were here with our two dogs a few years ago. This time we came with our dog and two teenage sons. Everyone was happy.”

    “As many times as we have stayed in Poland, this was one of the best stays. Small and cozy hotel, very nice staff. After traveling and walking, it was very nice to relax in the pool and jacuzzi. Cozy and very clean room, comfortable bed and quality bedding. As many guests have mentioned, the breakfast is truly amazing. Thank you!”

    “Faleza has turned out to be a positive surprise upon arrival. The room was bigger than expected and the friendliness of the staff as well. As requested we got extra pillows which were so big and comfortable that we did not want to leave our beds till the late afternoon despite the good weather. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. Anything that is needed can be requested extra and it seems that no request is too difficult or not possible. We became big fans of the restaurant as well the breakfast was very wide and you could order on request extras. The dinners can be chosen a la carte but they are all of high quality and perfectly made to taste. There is also a wide card of wines and other alcohols to make you wonder what to try next. We had a room with a view of the sea and it was worth it the view is brilliant and nothing matches waking up in the morning to the skyline of a cliff and sea. All in all, we were very positively surprised and very impressed by the service and friendliness provided by everyone.”
