    “Host Yannis and his son are very nice and helpful, before and during the trip (easy contact via WhatsApp, live check-in). They take great care of the facility. From the bed, you can see and hear the ocean. It couldn’t be closer. Beautiful and special, not just sea view but sea feeling. Beach has some stones, after 1 meter pure sand, mostly calm and shallow water. We prefer sand beaches but it wasn’t a problem at all. Best thing: right next door (almost as if it belongs) is a restaurant from the neighbor Hotel where you can sit at the beach or take food & drinks to you umbrella. For breakfast,lunch, drinks or dinner (Kima Restaurant) There are some restaurants around, but very touristic. We spent the end of our vacation there, just what we wanted. If you look for more social life, Makrygialos might not be the right spot (at least end of May). Each room has access to 1 Parking spot close by, 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds at the beach + Water and juice to start with. Cleaning is done daily if wanted. Wi-Fi works great.”

    “Best view over Emerald Lake that you could get for a place. Wonderful friendly and informative host (MARIA) who met us at arrival and gave us the keys and information about restaurants and things in the area. Place is a coffee machine with Illy pods, a sink and a back deck to hang wet towels. Great view over the lake with chairs. A great place to hang out. Nice decor and clean. Clean washroom. Parking for the car was by the free PORT parking lot which was a short 8 minute walk with suitcases. Not a problem at all. Shower was good with lots of hot water. Good bed, bedding and towels. Plenty of room to put your things, Lots of coffee options around. Avoid the restaurants located right on the lake as they are too expensive for what you get and there are many other much better places to eat and have drinks nearby. Do some research and support othe rlocal places. The food is always better and it is less expensive, Everything was great!”

    “I stayed at Sissi View for 2 weeks from the 14th May 2024 , the property is located up a steep road overlooking Sissi, if you struggle to walk or have issues with your knees you would struggle. I stayed in the lower apartment which was lovely but felt a bit chlostrophbic then was able to go upto the upper apartment with the French doors which opened onto the balcony with lovely sea views which are amazing, everything is there if your self catering. Its a 5 min walk into the centre of Sissi where there is a beautiful small harbour plenty of restaurants to eat and the odd clothes and souvenir shops. It is a rocky coastline so there are no beaches in Sissi but you can get to beaches in a taxi or a half hour walk the other side of Sissi. It isn't a large resort but very relaxing I would say more for couples/ singles .”

They were so kind to our daughter who normally struggles with new places - she had a wonderful time and was so sad to leave. The accommodation was also very clean and well equipped our room was always clean and so close to the pool.”

    “We were blown away by the views as well as the peace and tranquility. The Villa was perfect for us and every possible consideration was evident. The pool was wonderful and small touches like Wi-Fi, supplies in the fridge for our late arrival were much appreciated. Our hosts were helpful and their pack of info was great, the local contact Luke was proactive and super helpful too. It was a perfect place.”
