“The hotel manager is a real problem solver. A situation occurred that locked me out and with help from others the hotel manager made sure that it was solved. Also, very present and I could talk to him whenever needed. Breakfast a la carte was very nice. It’s in a park, so the chance you see animals in morning was realistic. Did not see though.”

“I like this place. Great location. Secure parking. Friendly staff (especially the kitchen staff). Free pancakes in the afternoon! (though I wish they would have told us on check-in). Small rooms with ensuite bathroom and basic shower - it's fine though. Ok pool. Large property. Nice bar/lounge but it's hot and the ceiling fans (were there any?) don't do enough. Tasty breakfast.”

“The staff are amazing, friendly, courteous and efficient! Location is great and restaurants, supermarket and many locations are walkable from the lodge. Location is safe. Loadshedding was a nuisance but staff did everything they could to assist and reduce discomfort. Breakfasts are included and sumptuous full English meals! Fridge in each room. AC in each room- though I did not use it because it was cool weather in May.”

“Excellent service - staff members were very friendly and helpful, especially Ngoma at reception. He went over and beyond to accommodate our requests. Restaurant and bar staff as well were exceptional, especially Titus and the manager. Highly recommend staying here when in Livingstone, it's located close to many amenities, good value for money”
