    “Very friendly host. Self check in was very easy. Just follow the instructions the host will send you. The location is very good. The bus station, restaurants, and tobacco shop are very close. Take the bus no 1 and it is about 15 min to Cita Alta. Our friends room was great, the bathroom was big.”

    “The location of the locanda (stating locanda instead of hotel - Management explained the subtle difference) was perfect inside the old fortified city in Bergamo Alta. Very close to the bus stop from/to airport and within short walking distance to all main sights in Bergamo Alta. Bergamo Bassa can also be reached easily on foot on interesting and historic route, or by funicular should one wish not to walk. The room was well sized and modern. It was very clean (although bin was not emptied and glasses/cups the we used were not cleaned/replaced). The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in a café next door that belongs to the same organization. The choice available is good and sufficient. Beware that rooms are on higher floors without elevators.”
