“We booked online 39 mins before arrival when we arrived we were told the accommodation was no longer available However they have never refunded my Booking despite numerous emails it’s over $3000
We have stayed here on two occasions before as we are a professional Global Mountain bike Team Continental Nukeproof Factory Racing we were there for the Canadian round of the World Series
The young lady in reception was very apologetic the Apartment wasn’t not available she called her manager and we were told not to worry the booking would cancelled and we would not be charged unfortunately this was not the case and am going to have to persue this in other ways”
“The location was pretty good for a ski trip and there are plenty of options for food in the immediate area. The room was also really clean and the decor was far nicer than I had expected.

“The location of the hotel is very good, just opposite the cathedral. There are supermarkets and restaurants on both sides of the road. There is also a spa nearby.There is a lake on the other side of the hotel. You can stay a few more days and experience the scenery along the lake.”
