    “A great location if you are like me and enjoy a simple lodging in a great location in a nice city. Having lived in Lyon many years ago it was wonderful to be right in the heart of Vieux Lyon with shops and restaurants just out the door. Its a small but practical studio perfect if all you need is a comfortable bed, a small kitchen (to help your budget). It's an historical building so you really get the feel of the age when you go up the spiral staircase. I really enjoyed the lovely smell of pain au chocolate in the morning coming from the chocolate store on the ground floor. I also enjoyed having a quiet breakfast and coffee sitting next to the cathedral each morning before the rush of tourists arrive.”

    “The location was fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the city form both the flat and the restaurant. Equally, it was very convenient for walks into the city itself, provided you are able-bodied. The staff too were all very friendly and helpful. I accidentally booked the wrong dates initially, but they remedied this straightaway. Likewise, there was a minor problem when collecting my key, but someone was on hand immediately to sort it out. The building as a whole has a really welcoming ambiance.”
