“I booked superior room, therefore, the room was very big, nice interior, very comfortable. It was little bit difficult to find hotel when I came, (Entrance and location itself) but location was very convenience for exploring city. Staff were very kind and supported guests always.”
“This is a first Novotel hotel in Arkhangelsk and its location is truly super with the magnificent view of the delta of the Northern Dvina river. The comfort room was spacious and clean. We we not too keen on the breakfast though as the Reka restaurant has no soul at all apart from the good river view. The good thing is there are several other places around one can have his/her breakfast: Anrov restaurant, Cherdak restaurant, Santa Pasta, etc. One of the drawers did not have a stopper and kept falling out. We have reported this on our first day and yet it was not fixed for the whole week we stayed in. Also, the fridge in the room is not actually a fridge but some kind of weird device that according to the duty manager "cools the drinks down to the room temperature"! It look like they compromise and did not really by the proper mini fridges. Overall, it's still a good place to stay.”
