“My recent stay at Hotel Vinnay on April 3rd was a mixed bag. While the culinary offerings impressed, with satisfying food options, other aspects of the experience left much to be desired.
Upon check-in, I encountered an unfriendly receptionist, a slim lady with black hair, whose demeanor was less than welcoming. Her brusque request for my passport set a disappointing tone for the stay.
Entering the room, I was disappointed to find cleanliness lacking, as evidenced by an uncleaned robe left hanging. Additionally, the sauna experience was marred by a noticeable odor in the water, detracting from what should have been a relaxing amenity.
Despite these setbacks, the redeeming factor was undoubtedly the quality of the food. However, for future guests, I hope the hotel management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more enjoyable stay overall.”
