The breakfast could be more diverse

The hotel is highly recommendable. The rooms are comfortable, cosy and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly.

I tried to figure out how to lock the door to my room from the inside, as a lone female in that room I think a lock on the door is essential. I think some instructions on how to use the keypad next to the door would be helpful. The bed is also a little hard for my liking but it's my personal preference to have a softer mattress.

The check in was super easy, the staff were all very friendly. I needed some additional help with my bag as something had leaked in it and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to help me clean it up before my flight home. The breakfast was great, a good choice of hot and cold options. The rooms were really clean, modern and we had a balcony which was lovely. The hotel is a short walk to the train station (15 minutes) and there are direct trains to Bucharest, I would recommend going up to the city if you have time!

Very helpful staff. Nice clean room. Apartment 402 was spacious, with balcony, tea and coffee facility. Quiet room as requested. Angela was very helpful with booking a cab for the airport.

I booked a double room, for two nights. They have this policy of paying everything in advance, but they don’t write it anywhere (not in the hotel, not here on Booking). I arrived late (around 11.40 pm) and the very kind receiptionist working that night probably forgot to tell me. The next day, when I entered the hotel around 4 pm, her colleague, Malina, announced me she has to do the facture and I need to pay all. Told her I have to retrieve money from my card, since it’s a professional card and I can’t pay directly if it’s not related to my profession, and went up in my room. She then procedeed, without my consent, to try and retrieve the money from the card (other) I used to do the booking with in this app (Booking). Discovering there were no sufficient funds, she calls me in my room and basically tells me to come downstairs and pay the room immediately, or else… It was such a horrible and offensive situation… I have never experienced anything like this! Went downstairs and payed in Euros (there were no atm-s nearby) and confronted her about the rude attitude and shameful way of treating their guests!! She could only tell me it was the owner’s policy, after seeing I was not going to run away without paying. Nevertheless, her way of dealing with the situation was so rude, this all situation ruined my stay there. Next day, when I left, another receptionist told me they’re sorry about the situation and they will take drastic actions against the first receptionist (the only one decent and kind) for forgeting to tell me about their policy!!! I tried to explain again that the problem is their rude atitude and the fact they have no ideea how to deal with difficult situations they cause themselves and how to treat customers, but I don’t think she understood. These people should not be running hotels. Plenty of other great hotels in Ploiesti, and with better prices. I am very sorry to have chosen them!

We booked the room quite late and then around 2 am we decided to temporarily leave the hotel but in the morning the staff thought we already left and came in the room and also left the room door wide open. Unacceptable for a hotel to decide and check on you before the check-out time. This never happened to me before in any hotel around the world!
